Lamar University Reviews
Rating 3.6 out of 5 1,436 reviews
Lamar University is great so far, especially being in the college of Business. The faculty and administrators always put the students' needs first to ensure our academic success. Recently, we have had our Business building reconstructed to fit a bigger and more advanced study area open to all students. Lamar is advancing beautifully to fit the needs of the students.
Great beautiful campus! The area is a little dodgy at times, but the campus police department makes me feel safe. The professors for the most part are very understanding and great at what they do!
There are many great things I can say about Lamar university, the history, the faculty, and the grounds are all quite lovely, but the main thing I like about them is the fact that they gave me a chance to further my education, which is something I will always pursue, no matter the distance. However, despite this being a great college, I would like a campus to open in Houston, as it would mean I can still be close to the people I cherish.
