3 College Freshman

Weather: The weather is cold, rainy, and snowy.

3 College Freshman

Weather: Early fall term and late spring term gets pretty hot and humid. In the winter it gets very cold and there is a lot of snow on the ground. Temperatures are frequently below zero. Typical midwestern winters. If people have the right clothing and supplies they will be fine.

3 College Freshman

Weather: Well, I am from Chicago, so the weather is similar to what I am used to it. I understand that there are some cold days, and then there are days that are really nice. The local weather doesn't really affect my campus experience because I still go to the campus events because it's a small campus, so I don't need to walk a lot through the coldness to get to somewhere.

2 College Senior

Weather: The weather in the Midwest is always unpredictable. This seems to be truer in the prairie, where Knox is. The winters can be really treacherous, with windchills well into the negative temperatures and lots of snow. In the past 20 years, though, classes have only been canceled once. Perhaps the worst part about the weather is the wind. It's always incredibly windy. But in the spring and the fall, it's usually really nice outside, and people will be lounging, doing homework, or playing frisbee in grassy areas.
