Overall Experience: This school has a lot of degrees to offer, the staff, teachers and students are really nice. And the view of the campus is beautiful.

Campus Resources: Staff is all very friendly.

Campus Resources: stem center is great, library is good and campus has ocean view

Academic Experience: I feel like I'm wasting my time with some of the programs

Academic Experience: The school does well with handicapped and second language students but I feel there is not so much focus on regular students who want to transfer

Campus Resources: Computers are always available in the library, not to mention the classrooms with access to computers as well.

I haven't really done a research project that requires me to look at the books that my library provides. But, I am very much sure that we have more than enough information offered here.

Academic Flexibility: So far so good, I love it. The other campus I attending had me wanting to leave after the second quarter (although that wasn't the main reason I stopped attending).

Student Body: Every person a part of the student body faculty is almost always at your finger tips. They are always accessible, whether it be in class, after class for individual time, or through e-mail. It's really great having the opportunity of having your teachers always available almost always at your very own convenience.

Online Courses: Currently I am not taking an online class, neither will I ever. I don't believe you can learn anything from online courses. I mean sure, reading a whole bunch of exercises and answering questions. But, the in-class traditional experience is totally different and definitely worth. You're not sitting in front of a computer being utterly bored out of your mind, you're interacting with your classmates and even your teacher.

Honestly, online classes shouldn't have been invented. I believe it is a pointless idea that not much can learn from.

Academic Experience: The teachers that I am provided with are great at teaching. The reason I say that is because all of the teachers I have are either in the exact field they are teaching or they have been. Everything they teach comes with personal experience, things that they have actually had to dealt with; problems, solutions. It's good to know that even though we are learning from a book, we have live history and a professional who was in the industry, currently preaching before us. It's truly a privilege.

Academic Experience: They offer great study options, especially within the library. On a good day there is almost always a computer available for my use. Never too crowded, and if it is, there is always a second floor where it is absolutely quiet, perfect for studying and catching up on work.

Class registration was only confusing because it is my first time attending this particular campus, of course it's not going to flow as smoothly as you would hope it be. They also offer great activities that could help further your knowledge in the specific field you're interested in. There's a club called SHIMA, that explores the hospitality industry with "field trips" and other activities, truly a good time all the while learning and gaining that insight.

Nothing in life comes easy, if it does, be ready for that move that comes out of left field that will knock you on your butt. You'll get knocked down seven times but you stand up eight, keep striving!

Career Services: Towards the ending of completing my 2-year program, they require a class that pursues interning. I believe that is a great working tool for us students to dip our toes in the industry that we are interested in, the industry that we are going to school for. It's a great opportunity for everyone to be a part of.
