5 College Sophomore

Technology: There are always open computers and printing is free!

3 College Sophomore

Transportation: I use my car more than anything. Other students are really good about giving students without cars rides. There is also the Salina bus.

4 College Sophomore

Academics: Everyone in the Biology and Teacher Education departments are very helpful!

5 College Junior

Campus Housing: I pay $400.00 per month for a one-bedroom apartment and allutilities are encluded!

3 College Junior

Off-Campus Housing: I live in the campus apartments that are reserved for non-traditional students.

4 College Junior

Scholarships: The staff in the "Dub-hub" are knowledgable and explain evary step of the process.

3 College Junior

Campus Housing: Its fun. All of my friends live on campus so we always hang out with each other. It can get boring sometimes but we seem to find things to do most of the time.

3 College Junior

Parking: Spots do fill up quickly but there are many spots available on the side streets. Its not an extra walk just on the street. Permits do not cost anything so its all worth it.

3 College Junior

Off-Campus Housing: Like I have stated, you can't go too far away from campus. The worst possible scenario is a 30 minute walk. They have green buses that go everywhere so it is convenient to catch a ride if the weather is bad.

3 College Junior

Transportation: There is no need to have transportation because our campus isn't big enough and everything is walking distance.

3 College Junior

Party Scene: There is a club downtown that a lot of people go to. Also, Outlaws is a fun country club that many of my friends go to.

3 College Junior

Health & Safety: We don't have any problems to put a big focus on campus security

3 College Junior

Overall Experience: I came here to play soccer and I ended up choosing school over my sport because it is more important to me. It has been a hard transition but the school makes up for it and all my friends that I have made here help as well.

3 College Junior

Off-Campus Dining: There is a bunch of fast food and other restaurants around. The mall is walking distance as well as everything else.

3 College Junior

Administration: It isn't too strict to where we have no freedoms but strict enough to where everybody is safe.

4 College Junior

Academics: I love the teachers, classes and my adviser!

4 College Junior

Academics: Its all good! I love my classes, the workload is bearable and the teachers are great!

3 College Junior

Scholarships: Through the school it was great! The people were friendly. FASFA on the other hand is a complete hassle.

3 College Junior

Weather: It is cloudy, rainy and windy most days. I can handle rainy and cloudy days every once in awhile, but the wind I cannot handle. It doesn't that big of an impact on me. It is just annoying.

5 College Sophomore

Athletics: The athletics at KWU are one of the most valued thing on campus. Because 90% of the students are athletes, this is a main concern for most of the students and staff members. We are in the process of getting a new football stadium for next school year.

4 College Sophomore

Off-Campus Dining: The off-campus dining restaurants are regular places that you could find in most towns. Everyone likes going out to eat together.

2 College Sophomore

Parking: The parking lots for the dorms fill up quickly and most of the time it is hard to find a place to park.

2 College Sophomore

Off-Campus Housing: Most students would rather live on campus because you get to know more people and it is less expensive.

3 College Sophomore

Drug Safety: Drug and alcohol visibility is rare at KWU. Peer pressure is kept to a minimum and the policy enforcement is very strict with this.

4 College Sophomore

Administration: The strictness of the school is good because it keeps all of the students safe.
