1 College Senior

Athletics: No athletics department that I know of.

4 College Junior

Campus Quality: Jones College don't offer much but it does offer an library and a computer lab where you can find students hanging out and talking about the classes they have to take.

4 College Junior

Campus Quality: The facilities is nice and I enjoy this small campus life. It allows you to get to know the students, staff, and faculty on a first name basis.

4 College Junior

Guys & Girls: Everyone has their own sense of style and determination to provide for their families.

3 College Junior

Local Area: The college is small so everything the student is around the college campus so you don't have far to drive or walk.

4 College Junior

Majors: You must complete everything with admission before you can move on to the next phase. I had to change my program major because the college change the rules that you must complete the AS in Medical Assistant program before you can continue the Allied Health Program.

4 College Junior

Majors: I enjoy my program because I finished the program in AS in Medical Assistant and passed the certification and becoming a NCMA. I am now in my BS in Allied Health Management and I looked forward to graduation in my BS program. I had the opportunity to do my externship with Orthopedic Neurosurgeon in Orange Park Fl. I learned a lot on this site. I learned how to do injection, how the doctor draw the fluid out of the patient knee after surgery.

3 College Junior

Campus Food: I chose okay because we don't have a dining hall but the college do offer a college lounge room to relax and eat.

3 College Junior

Transportation: Transportation is not provided by the college so some students either catch the bus, walk, or drive because the college is small.

3 College Junior

Technology: There are plenty computers to use because the college that I attend has three computer lab.

3 College Senior

Majors: Thus far I have been satisfied with my education. My degree is not in the field of study in which I work, but helped me in some of my day-to-day work experiences.

3 College Senior

Health & Safety: The safety on campus is pretty standard. There is a nighttime security guard that stays inside more than outside ensuring the safety of the nighttime students. Considering this school is geared more toward continuing adult students, there are no dorms on campus.

4 College Senior

Transportation: There is public bus transportation within 50 feet of the campus. This is very accessible for students that rely on the public transportation system. They school does not have transportation available to its students.

3 College Junior

Campus Housing: Very private college , need more classes asseable.

3 College Junior

Academics: Academically Speaking – Jones College is not very large, does not have many staff or instructors, which is good and bad. For the most part the staff and instructors at Jones College are mainstays, there are not many changes that take place often.
There are only a handful of majors to chose from. For a Distance Learning student the degree options are limited. The curriculum is pretty easy to follow, because it doesn't change often and the workload is about average of many colleges.

3 College Junior

Local Area: Acceptable for Adults – Jones College is a very nice convenient place to attend if you are a working adult who is re entering college or attaining a degree to advance in your job. They have two locations in Jacksonville, FL which makes it accessible for people living in quite a few areas.
This is not the place for a recent high school graduate who wants a fun, activity filled, social college experience. There are no sport teams, social activities, no sororities or fraternities, no gym or theater, just computer labs, classrooms, and parking spaces.
Though it is a small private owned school that is geared towards assisting adults with obtaining their college degree, the atmosphere is light and welcoming. Most of the instructors, office personnel, even the deans are pretty cool. They are helpful and personable. Overall it's not that bad.
