Overall Experience: So far I love the small classes and how it is quick and easy to get help with counselors. What is pretty awesome about Johnson and Wales is that the school combines internships into the requirements for graduation. There are many connection and oppurtunities within the fashion field as well.

Academic Flexibility: As far as the academic portion of classes, scheduling is very flexible and can easily be worked around. However, because there are only nine days for each culinary lab, each one is close to immovable and unforgiving if you miss a day.

4 College Junior

Online Courses: I haven't had much experience with the online courses, but from what i have gathered it is very manageable and beneficial as far as the information itself.

5 College Junior

Career Services: All of the services the school offers are with a future career in mind. Whether it's the occasional job fairs, the resume workshops, or constant update of new volunteer opportunities, Johnson & Wales really does everything they can to help you build a career and gain solid footing in your industry.

5 College Junior

Overall Experience: The size of the classes really contribute to teacher-student relations. Every professor that I've had has lead to not just a friendly relationship outside of class, but also a professional one that built a connection within the culinary industry.

Overall Experience: A degree from Johnson & Wales carries a lot of weight within this particular industry. One of the main goals of the school, IS to turn your hard-earned degree into a lifelong career. It is evident through their many career workshops, volunteer opportunities, and job fairs.

5 College Junior

Academic Experience: The culinary program really does a good job of capturing real-world experiences. The hands-on aspect of the major can really be both exhilarating and exhausting, in which students are in a working kitchen for six to seven hours a day.

4 College Junior

Overall Experience: Johnson & Wales really is top tier when it comes to an education in the Culinary Arts. Its small class sizes and engaging professors really create a "recipe" for success.
