5 College Freshman

Overall Experience: My classes tend to be only around 30 students which is great for all of us and the professor. The learning environment at my school is great I truly have no complaints up to now.

4 College Freshman

Overall Experience: My school brings alumni to talk about what they have done since graduating and they are all really open to answering questions. I have heard some amazing success stories from them.

4 College Freshman

Student Body: For the most part all of the students are great and ready to learn and work hard. There are more good students than not.

4 College Freshman

Tuition & Financial Aid: The school gives a lot of scholarships to all kinds of students which makes them more affordable than most private schools. I would definitely say I made the right choice.

Career Services: I don't know much about it since it is my first year at the schools but I have heard some good things about it.

5 College Freshman

Academic Experience: The professors give us hands on experiences and they all also have great stories and experience from being in the industry. All of the professors are very supportive and give great advice.

4 College Freshman

Academic Experience: Some courses are very difficult and the work load is heavy but it is all worth it in the end.

4 College Freshman

Campus Resources: I have learned so much my first year at Johnson & Wales University and have had amazing volunteer opportunities. I am excited to see what the future holds.

3 College Freshman

Online Courses: I never took an online course at JWU but from friends I've heard they are easy.

3 College Freshman

Academic Flexibility: Classes are offer at different times which makes it easy to plan school time, work time, and personal time.

2 College Freshman

Overall Experience: Classes are very small, which depending on the student can be either good or bad. Every teacher is different in their teavhing styles, but typically the quality isn't worth what you are paying.

3 College Freshman

Overall Experience: If you get work-study there are lots of options on where to work.

3 College Freshman

Student Body: The school has a lot of Black and Hispanic students which i liked because its a good experience to hang around with those different than you.

1 College Freshman

Tuition & Financial Aid: Not worth it!! I didn't learn anything new or the teachers just didn't care about actually teaching the class. I had a math teacher one trimester that cancelled classes on Tuesdays for the whole term and we had class on Thursdays just to exchange packets. He did not teach not ONE class. A waste of money in my eyes.

3 College Freshman

Career Services: They have career fairs a lot which is one of the many few things I actually liked of the school.

2 College Freshman

Academic Experience: Super easy workload! It feels more like high school than college. (Not just for Marketing majors, but to other majors too). Teachers treat you like you are in high school still.

3 College Freshman

Academic Experience: If you do plan on going to JWU don't go to the Miami campus. Get your money's worth at Providence.

3 College Freshman

Campus Resources: It is okay. I feel like the Miami campus isn't that great compared to the main campus (Providence).

4 College Freshman

Career Services: The people in career services are very helpful, and very friendly. You can ask them any question, no matter how stupid. They have a lot of information about places that are hiring, or places that are just opening in the area. and if you want to do something out of the area they will research and find a way to help you

Academic Experience: Our school is known for the Culinary program, so they try there best to make sure that we have the best knives, tables, stoves, and proper equipment for a successful career.

3 College Freshman

Academic Experience: the workload for academics is a little more stressful, maybe because you have more classes than when in labs. But class attendance is way more lenient.

4 College Freshman

Campus Resources: No matter what program or office place you go to, they are very knowledgeable in their field. But one thing i LOVE the most is that if you go to the wrong department, the wrong department knows information about the right department and can help you get there quickly.

2 College Freshman

Academic Flexibility: there is a lot of things in this school that need to get better

1 College Freshman

Overall Experience: I want to get out of this school the soonest possible, its very disappointing ad there is nothing to do here.

3 College Freshman

Overall Experience: the teachers are not bad but the material is not going to be as useful as what they teach you in other schools
