Overall Experience: The atmosphere of the school in general is very welcoming and great to be around. My school is very diverse and open; there are plenty of extracurriculars, academic opportunities, and more to really help students have a great experience.

Overall Experience: My overall experience at my school so far has been great. Financial advisors have always been there to help, there are great professors, and I love the way the schedules are set up. We have a total of 4 classes each week and 2 on each day from Monday through Thursday. I only wish that it wasn't so expensive.

Overall Experience: I love JWU, just wish it was more affordable and maybe not in a city. I'm not a city girl.

Overall Experience: It was really cool my first year, I joined a Bible Study. Next year's gonna be great.

Overall Experience: It has a great teaching staff that will go the extra mile to help

Overall Experience: I am here for culinary arts and their labs are well equipped and the instructors are all perfect examples of who you may end up working for. (i.e. the traditional barks orders chef, modern leader not boss type chef, guy who sits there more worried about the paper work). Some people complain about the cost, but that is their own fault Private universities are costly in general. I knew that and still took my general education here despite having a free scholarship to one of my own state's university.

Overall Experience: I go to a private culinary school, and I wish that I went to my Community College to get my generals done, so I would have saved a lot of money. I like that the Chefs are very open and helpful, they want you to succeed in the Culinary field. I like that it is a smaller school so most classes are like 30 students max, and I don't have to sit in a huge room.

Overall Experience: Honestly Johnson and Wales university was not my first choice nor second it was my last resort but for financial reasons I wen to Johnson and Wales and I'm extremely happy I did. The atmosphere is perfect as well as the classes. The teachers are always open to help you as well as the free tutoring available. My favorite experience was orientation before my freshman year. That was my first time going to the school and after I left I was glad that I was going to attend Johnson and Wales.

Overall Experience: The student and staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is completely better than high school. It still amazes me how much spirit everyone has for their school and sometimes it feels like a big dream that I never want to wake from. I wouldn't want to choose a different school because this one feels just right.

Overall Experience: Johnson & Wales was the perfect choice for me. My first college experience was a dreadful one. I ended up getting bullied, becoming depressed and struggling to succeed. Johnson & Wales gave me a second chance to prove to myself that I am capable of everything I dreamed of as a child. I am now a 3rd year student working on a Bachelor's in Counseling Psychology. I am thankful to this university for taking me in despite my past college experience and providing me with inspirational professors who are more than happy to support and guide me. My GPA is rising every trimester and my goals seem reachable. I love my school and the new me!

Overall Experience: I absolutely love the vibe at Johnson and Wales University. There is always something to do and things available to enjoy your time on campus. I love being new to Rhode Island and exploring new things on and off of campus. I wouldn't choose to go to another school because I really love what I have started at Johnson and Wales and wouldn't want it to end.

Overall Experience: Love my college so far!

3 College Junior

Overall Experience: Though I love all the opportunities and extra curricular activities that my school offers, I found myself disappointed with the character of many of my peers and their interests in mainly partying and drinking. I feel that overall the quality of the students at my school are sub-par, many of whom do not take school very seriously.

Overall Experience: I absolutely love the college I am attending, I've learned so much and I truly enjoy going to class.

Off-Campus Housing: Have a lot of small places over priced, they don't offer a lot of things included. Not worth living off campus if you go to Johnson and Wales.

Off-Campus Dining: they have a lot of fast food restaurants around so if your not a picky or wicked healthy eater you should be fine. Also can only eat off campus if you have the money.
