4 College Junior

Academic Experience: for my major Baking & pastry as well as Food service management there are alot of intern opportunities available being in dernver you can do it at a hotel or a small bakery even a dessert bar.

5 College Freshman

Academic Experience: The unique aspects of my program include everything possible there is to learn about cooking, preparing foods, quality control, purchasing, to bartending, hospitality and catering. These and more are the reason that I chose Johnson and Wales. The workload is quite arduous but then what college education is easy, There are health and safety certification classes along with culinary classes. The curriculum is outstanding as far as learning at a great pace as well as learning from other students and the professors. The facilities are upscale, current with the times and very accommodating. Internships and job opportunities are par excellence and over the top. The chief Intern counselor and Chief Director, AV, is highly knowledgeable about her department and is well suited to help steer future students in the correct direction.

4 College Junior

Academic Experience: My Academic experience is great - my major is Sports Management which give this school something else besides culinary. There is more to just cooking, but the food at the school is great. The work load can be intense at times, especially when you are playing sports. The facilities are clean and class act and I look forward to the internship/job opportunities. I have worked at the school for summer camps and I've done 8 hours of class assistant at an elementary school.

4 College Sophomore

Academic Experience: My major isn't the most popular but it is one of the courses that makes the most noise other than the central course which is culinary arts.

5 College Freshman

Academic Experience: The professors (faculty and adjunct) take their jobs seriously, are more than willing to be available for academic or personal help, and give a sense of belonging and fiscal responsibility to the students.
