Off-Campus Housing: I have only researched location and pricing and the size of apartments located near the campus. I would rate upon those conditions as excellent. The price for the size and location of the housing is excellent. I do not currently live around campus, but a few towns away, so I cannot comment on the availability or safety.

Off-Campus Housing: Living off campus is very good.

3 College Junior

Off-Campus Housing: Only two furnished apartments in town and both are very expensive with strict lease rules.

3 College Senior

Off-Campus Housing: The off-campus housing seems nice. I am a commuter; I live nowhere near campus.

3 College Sophomore

Off-Campus Housing: The apartments off-campus are very close to campus, but it would be nice if they could be remodeled. Everything is really old.

Many students want more freedom and decide to live off campus. There are both advantages and disadvantages to doing this. Your safety is the most important thing, so be alert. Always tell someone where you are going and when you will be back. Try to get roomates that you know and trust. Make sure you can afford rent, utilities, and groceries before you sign a lease. Make sure your roomates are willing and able to pay their part of the rent.
