Campus Food: It would have been excellent to have more diverse vegan options to eat instead of the usual schedule I followed.

Campus Food: The variety can sometimes be lacking.

Campus Food: It's expensive and not healthy

Campus Food: Many people complain about the food, but I think that overall the food is really good considering how many people are being cooked for. I like to eat at Terrace Dining Hall the most because it has the largest variety of food to eat, especially during dinner.

Campus Food: As a freshman coming in, I was pretty nervous about campus food. The options are really good and as with anything, of course you get sick of it sometimes. Ordering in once or twice a month is a great option as well!

Ithaca offers three dining halls across campus that provide good atmospheres for conversation and a decent meal. The Terrace Dining Hall is unanimously known as having the best food on campus, but it’s located at the top of the hill and therefore usually the longest walk for most students. The Towers and Campus Center also offer snacks and grab-and-go lunches that are great for those on the run. The dining halls also have themed meals about once a week, such as Italian or Mexican nights. Sub Connection, a sandwich/sub stop located in The Towers, also offers snack foods and pre-packaged sandwiches. For fruit smoothies when the weather lightens up, Grand Central Café is a good option.

IC Square, the mini-food court, offers Asian food, fried food, a salad bar, and sandwiches at lunchtime during the week. La Vincita, the panini/café area, offers flatbreads and quesadillas that are pretty popular among students. These places usually get crowded during lunchtime and are hot spots throughout the year. All in all, campus food is pretty decent. Sometimes what is served in the dining halls seems a bit repetitive, but students find that changing up the dining halls they go to or looking at the menus posted online before deciding where they will eat leaves them more satisfied. Most students are also appreciative of the wide range of desserts and local ice cream flavors offered at all lunches and dinners.
