Majors: Enrollment in the Business Mgmt. program was easy. ALL credits from previous schools transferred. CLEP testing allowed me to obtain 6 credit hours and saved me money! Admission is straightforward and has been streamlined significantly.

Majors: Wonderful accelerated adult learning program. Online options are available. Professors have world experience in their fields and take a sincere interest in students. Enrollment process was easy, advisors were excellent, financial assistance was an easy process. I would definitely do it again. IWU now offers the Masters program I want to pursue next and this is where I plan to return!

Campus Food: There are many options at the dining room, but I must say that the dining room is not open long enough to accommodate all of the students.

Majors: I want to be a Pediatrician. I believe that the pre-me program at IWU is wonderful. As a freshman I got to take a class in which different medical professionals came and talked with us about their field. It was good to see what other opportunities were out there for me.

Majors: I love the Biology Program at IWU. The professors care a lot about you as a whole person. It is a very heavy workload. The classes are interesting and my classmates are wonderful.

Weather: The weather is nice and sunny for about the first and last month of school. It gets pretty cold and snows which isn't my favorite weather, but for some it could be.

Campus Housing: Campus housing is pretty good at Indiana Wesleyan. They are mostly all dorms with a townhouse option and a couple apartment style options. The social atmosphere is great, always someone to hang out with or talk to. Everything is close together since its such a small campus. The housing process is a little difficult at times, but only for some people. Overall the housing at IWU is awesome.

Off-Campus Dining: Off campus dining includes fast food restaurants. There are no authentic student ran restaurants, only chain restaurants. Therefore, the cost is pretty cheap. They are right up the street from campus so they are pretty convenient. They occasionally have student discounts.

2 College Sophomore

Transportation: There isn't any transportation methods around IWU. It is just use of your own car or bike.

Health & Safety: The safety on campus is great, but once you leave campus it can get pretty sketchy. I have never felt unsafe on campus because of the great people and men walking women back to their dorms. There is no drinking on campus and that is really nice because we don't have to be pressured into that or feel uncomfortable. Therefore, there really isn't anything wrong about the campus security. IWU does a wonderful job at keeping it safe and clean.

Off-Campus Dining: There aren't very many nice sit down places, more fast food than anything. On campus dining is the best way to go, in my opinion. For example, the campus is very gluten-free aware, which is nice! The only other option you'd have is BWW's down the street.

Majors: Very good selection to choose from, particularly the online program options.

4 College Junior

Academics: The workload is great for online adult learners. Easy to balance home and work life.

Campus Food: There are enough options for dining on campus -- there is one dining hall ("Baldwin Dining Hall") with buffet-style payment. You pay a flat rate for your meal and can eat as much as you'd like. This is located at the student center (main/central building on campus). Also located at the student center, there is an express-style meal option (called "Wildcat Express") where you can get food to-go. Another option is "Mario's Pizza," which is similar to Wildcat Express. The last option is the "College Store," which is set up like a convenience store with basic grocery and snack items. For those who don't get a meal plan, there are several grocery store options in town, and enough "cheap" places to eat off-campus.

Diversity: Our school strives for a diverse student population, but it's difficult to achieve that. Most of our students are White, with very few Black, Asian, Hispanic/Latino, etc. students. Since it is affiliated with the Wesleyan church, most of our students are Christian, although there is a population of non-Christian students. There are is also a smaller population of homosexual students on campus. Politically, our students love to be socially aware and socially active. Since our mission is to be "world changers," almost everyone desires to be a positive social force during and after our college experience.
