Off-Campus Housing: You can't delay in finding a place, and make sure your friends don't flake. You have to put effort and be determined and not picky in off campus housing hunting.

Off-Campus Housing: I haven't lived off campus but it seems to be much easier and much better than on campus

Off-Campus Housing: I am currently in search for housings to lease with two other roommates. While this is a college town, the houses/apartments/duplexes are owned by few managements that have been busy with numerous housing applications. One of them, Humboldt Property Management was behind by 400+ applications that they have yet to process when I asked them early May of 2015. Housing is somewhat of a tricky issue for me at the moment but I am hopeful that I will find a decently price place to lease without causing too much of a financial burden.

Off-Campus Housing: Lets start off with finding a house and being able to secure it is the hardest part. Everyone is trying to find ahouse at the same time, and it is hard to secure a place. I feel that it is worth to find a place off campus because it is cheaper and it is more fun to have a place with friends.
