I loved my time at Heartland and would highly recommend anyone thinking about community college to go there. It was very affordable, one of the lowest tuitions in Illinois CC right now. All of the workers especially the professors genuinely care about you succeeding. I have had several professors go out of their way to make sure I understood material. They also have a lot of activities to get students engaged. I personally participated in the Alternate Spring Break trip to New Jersey for hurricane relief. It was a great eye opening experience and I made a lot of new friends.

While attending Heartland Community College, I liked the flexibility that was available for classes. Because the class size was small, I was encouraged to ask questions and thus excel in all of my classes. I was able to succeed because of the small class size and one on one time with professors.
