Off-Campus Housing: Solid, affordable housing fairly close. Most students commute from all over the city though.

Off-Campus Housing: I will not be living off-campus because I would rather live on campus so I am closer but I feel living off-campus gives a person more freedom but more responsibility. I think the closer off-campus housing fills up faster so one would have to choose quickly. I do not know about parking but I feel like it would be difficult if one does not have a drive-way or reserved spot.

Off-Campus Housing: One of the best parts is living off campus.

5 College Freshman

Off-Campus Housing: I live off-campus and it is great. It is way cheaper than the dorms. Plenty of houses surrounding the campus in which is walking distance. It is fairly cheap if having roommates and splitting rent.

3 College Sophomore

Off-Campus Housing: Off-campus housing is very hard to find and can be very expensive Sometimes it can be very far from the campus and thus you must make sure that housing is near some kind of metro transportation if possible if driving is not an option. Nevertheless, despite the cons, you still get to live on your own and not have to share a place with someone if you don't plan on it. You also get to kitchen and more space to do things that you need versus the living style of the dorm life.
