4 College Sophomore

Off-Campus Housing: One of the best parts is living off campus.

2 College Sophomore

Off-Campus Dining: Not any good options that are close.

3 College Sophomore

Administration: The strictness is fairly light.

4 College Sophomore

Scholarships: The financial aid process went smoothy.

3 College Sophomore

Campus Food: The food is good if you choose the right options. I can be repetitive and unhealthy if you aren't careful.

3 College Sophomore

Campus Housing: The dorms are average to most living spaces in college.

1 College Sophomore

Administration: Res life sucks. The director should be in administration. But the Deans office is very helpful!

4 College Sophomore

Scholarships: They give good scholarships. Its cheap--- YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR

1 College Sophomore

Campus Food: Same stuff different day.

No fruit or vegetables ever.

3 College Sophomore

Campus Housing: Nothing great. The singles are nice but the quads suck! RA's are very strict. The Admins of reslife are very rude and not helpful.

5 College Freshman

Off-Campus Housing: I live off-campus and it is great. It is way cheaper than the dorms. Plenty of houses surrounding the campus in which is walking distance. It is fairly cheap if having roommates and splitting rent.

College Freshman

Party Scene: I do not live on campus

3 College Freshman

Scholarships: I had many problems with the financial aid office. The people that work there do not seem very knowledgeable. I once went in to discuss my bill and the lady could not tell me exactly what I was paying for. She kept on saying "probably", "maybe", "possibly"; if the person that is suppose to know this stuff does not know, why should I be paying. Also, one week before classes started, I had to call several people and nobody answered nor were able to help me out. They are very unorganized and need to be more punctual.

College Freshman

Campus Food: Since I do not live on campus, I never eat the food.

College Freshman

Campus Housing: I do not live on campus. I have an apartment outside of campus.

3 College Freshman

Campus Food: The dinning hall food is the same a lot of the time. There is not much of a variety and the food just overall tastes like cardboard.

3 College Freshman

Campus Housing: There is not much to do on campus so it gets extremely boring. It costs way too much for the little that you get. The cleaning services almost never clean the bathrooms.

3 College Sophomore

Off-Campus Housing: Off-campus housing is very hard to find and can be very expensive Sometimes it can be very far from the campus and thus you must make sure that housing is near some kind of metro transportation if possible if driving is not an option. Nevertheless, despite the cons, you still get to live on your own and not have to share a place with someone if you don't plan on it. You also get to kitchen and more space to do things that you need versus the living style of the dorm life.

3 College Sophomore

Off-Campus Dining: I have not met a place off campus dining that has given students much discounts. However, the food is great. In addition, off-campus dinning is very diverse There are diverse foods such as Turkish cuisine to Korean cuisine. I usually like going to Mirror of Korea for dinner due to the great service there and the delicious desserts.

Administration: Hamline University, like many others, are very encouraging towards no drugs or alcohol on campus. Hamline does regular checking into dorms to make sure no drugs are of no existence within the dorms. This also goes with alcohol. If any of the two are found, Hamline will take it into immediate action with the students involved with the situation.

3 College Sophomore

Party Scene: I'm not much of a party person, but when there are, it is not so bad. The students have a kick out of the parties and celebrate holidays of different cultures including the US. It's a great learning experience and introduction into the diverse community that Hamline University offers.

3 College Sophomore

Scholarships: The scholarships I got from my university was great to have. However, it was not enough to help me pay for my tuition there, I am glad that it has the best staff willing to collaborate and help you to meet your financial needs.

Campus Food: There are always the same menu everyday for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It would be nice to have a couple of dishes that change daily such as special soups. It would also be cool to have a day where students are allowed to share or grab another plate for another student who can't pay for a meal due to circumstances in which they are working hard to make ends meet to continue their education. Those students deserve food just as much as though who can pay for it.

Campus Housing: Although private universities are meant to be pricey, the campus atmosphere is not very bad. I enjoy being in a diverse community and learning from one another. I also enjoy the open variety of quiet study places as well as places to enhance group activities and extracurricular activities.

College Freshman

Off-Campus Housing: I don't live off campus, so I can't really say. I live in a dorm.
