Campus Quality

{{ error }}
3 College Junior

Campus Quality: The buildings on campus are not the most modern you will see. The girls' dorm, Burritt, is very outdated and has problems with the water all the time. The boys' dorms are newer and nicer, as well as more frequent. Greenville is stuffing people together in the dorms, while keeping people on campus. There is not enough room for everyone. There is only one elevator in the classroom buildings, but it is in a building with only two floors. There is one building with four floors, but no elevator. Usually, professors will change the location of their class if there is a student enrolled in it who has trouble getting there. However, that does not always work out.

4 College Sophomore

Campus Quality: Greenville College is very rich in tradition. The first night you are on campus, each new student gets to plant ivy and then cuts it off when they graduate. There is also Midnight breakfast done right before finals begin at the end of each semester.

5 College Sophomore

Campus Quality: Everyone has the opportunity to get to know new people. We do not have a huge campus, so chances are if you are going some where on campus, the space will be fairly small and you will be able to meet someone new.

4 Recent Alumnus

Campus Quality: The campus is admittedly simpler than other schools, but I think that is what sets it apart. I felt that a sense of camaraderie amongst student and faculty was enhanced.

4 Recent Alumnus

Campus Quality: Since Greenville College is located in a very small town, and the student body is small, the community aspect of the school is very strong- i.e. sense of identity, pride, and respect for one another.
