There's Variety! GBC offers many different courses and areas of interest. Most teachers genuinely care about their students. Since attending GBC I have only had one real issue with a teacher. Course work is given out and usually thoroughly discussed before you are expected to complete it and turn it back in. A lot of the faculty will help with you and work with you any way that they can. They are very understaning and nice people. A lot of the courses that I have taken have a had a group feel to them. Especially my english courses with Professor Laxalt. She goes above and beyond to ensure that her students are grasping the material and enjoying themselves while in the classroom. She has definitely made an impact on me!

This schoolt is good for the most part, I take on line classes, my current professor is very helpful, gives me tips on how to better my self and makes the learning experience enjoyable. As for my previous professors, not so much, one of them just kept on piling lectures after lectures and not really all involved, and the one along side with the same professor just made it very confusing with all the unnecessary extra apps we had to download to do our assignments. But that's over with, and I'm enjoying my previous professor.

I am a Graphic Communications major. I was actually going into Radiology Technology, however, when I took the Introductory class for that field I found what I really wanted to do. Furthermore, the assignment was to make a flyer of a Radiology machine, such as, the MRI, X-Ray, or an Ultrasound. I really enjoyed the project and decided to look into other majors. I found Computer Technologies with an Emphasis in Graphic Communications, and the best part is the college just got approved for a Bachelors in Graphic Communications. I am super excited.
