Grand Canyon University, was honestly a great choice. I was extremely hesitant when applying here but once I came out to the campus and I got to experience the actual atmosphere of Grand Canyon I automatically knew that I wanted to go there. The professors are extremely helpful and they are extremely intwined with their students. They actually care about the students and their education. They emphasis actually learning the material that you are learning. Instead of them shoving something that is irrelevant to what your degree program is they will teach what you actually need to know to be successful in your own field of study. Most of the professors also hold content clinics for the students who are personally struggling with the course the professors will hold these study groups to assist the students as much as they can. The atmosphere alone is just beautiful! It is honestly just like a tight knit community everyone knows each other and everyone is nice to each other. We're one big happy family!

If looking for a good exciting college experience, GCU is recommended for anyone! Yes it is a Christian university, yes it was amazing programs! Does not matter your major, everything is available for future jobs, training, and other opportunities. Something that should be taken into consideration of changing will be the way the finances are taken care of and as well the counselors on ground. They tend to just want to contact you when they need something done, however when you are in need, they are a little hard to contact.

Grand Canyon University is an amazing university that is growing by the minute. We like to think that we are in the very heart of Phoenix, AZ. The people at GCU are so friendly. It's not rare to see people holding doors open, buying other people meals, or just having fun meeting new people. There are so many food options, which is great. There are so many ways to get involved, whether in athletics, leadership positions, nightlife activities, events, volunteer work and more. The community that GCU has created is just so welcoming. The presence of the Lord is here. I also love the way classes are organized and the way the professors teach. Our professors are amazing. I am so glad to be a part of this school!
