Overall Experience: Has a lot to offer

Overall Experience: My experience at Grand Canyon University so far has been great! They are a Christian university that focuses the word of God and the activities that they provide are like none other. I have enjoyed the camraderie and teamwork of all the students at GCU. I am excited to start my Pre-Licensure Nursing Program at GCU to become a ethical nurse.

Overall Experience: I love my school! Everyone is so welcoming and the professors are there for your every need. If I had to back in time there is no way that I would choose a different college to attend because that is how much I love it!

Overall Experience: I really enjoyed my first year at Grand Canyon University. It was difficult to adjust, but I loved the atmosphere. I had a few professors that knew everyone in the class by first name. Dr. Goodman had five classes of over 100 students, and learned all of the names within three weeks. I was very impressed and the professors care about how well students do in class. The dorms are amazing, clean, brand new, and welcoming. The food is slim pickings, but I know the school is working on this and hiring in new restaurants. I am happy to say that I am going back in the fall!

Overall Experience: Grand Canyon truly cares about the students that go there and strive to help where ever it's needed. The professors don't just teach the students but ask if they need any help and if they actually understand the material.

Overall Experience: I absolutely love an environment where I can learn and grow as an individual to later on benefit others. I want to continue gaining more knowledge and experience as long as I am alive. School has been a place also to interact with amazing professors that have shaped me into who I am today.

Overall Experience: Some of the classes that I have to take do not seem relevant to the career that I might have and it is costing me more money than I thought it would already. I do enjoy the Christian comradely and the set up of the online classroom.

Overall Experience: My counselor does not always get back to me in a timely fashion which is annoying. Now with two classes to go I find out that I will have a balance not covered by student loans. I was told I would have enough funds when I started the program and this is the reason why I started the program. If I would have known I was going to have a balance I would not have started GCU. Now thanks to their misinformation I owe money and may not be able to finish my degree if I dont get a scholarship.

Overall Experience: Very nice campus. Finished up my first two years here. I don't like that we are getting charged for online ebooks, because I hate online books and won't use them. Also, I'm upset I heard the union is going away as that gave a HUGE variety of food for the students.

Campus Resources: The resources on campus are great. However the staff do not instruct you on how to use them. I mostly rely on friends and upper class-men to help me with student resources.

Academic Experience: I am actually a double degree. So on one hand with my Elementary degree I have options unloaded and resources anywhere and everywhere. On the other hand I have my dance degree that really is not given attention or the time of day, form the school or even the fine arts department. So it depends on what one may be looking at.

3 College Junior

Academic Experience: It all depends on the professor and the class. Some are all in and fully invested in me, while others I feel just see me as a paycheck. I am pretty okay with the workload and such so far, but towards the end of my study things become more restrictive on what I can and cant do, of which I am not sure as to why.

3 College Junior

Campus Resources: I know that there are resources available tot students, but I am not always sure where to locate them. As well as I hear from my friends that they do not always have what one may looking for, but rather they are very specific in what you can only find.
