Campus Food

Campus Food: The food at GBC is always great, from macaroni bar Wednesday to Cheeseburger Friday! The dining hall fits many students comfortably and has an adjacent coffee and snack bar for when the café is closed. Meal plan options are the best value around at any college. Everyday, you pay once when you walk into the café and you can eat as much as you want from any of the food bars in the café for the one low price.

Campus Food: Sometimes you feel like it was a complete waste to scan. If you have the 10 meal plan make sure you keep a lot of food in your room. Oh and check and see what the meals are because you don't want to waste a scan on something that is really bad. I wish there was also more variety in the hall. The food was more decent in the beginning of the year.

3 College Sophomore

Campus Food: The school I go to is too small to support a grocery store substitiute for meal planning, so that's a bummer. But given what the school can support as far as a coffee shop and decently diverse dining hall, I think they do alright. I mean, when I look at what I'm paying for room and board, I feel kind of gypped, but I think that's pretty universal to the college experience. My number one budget saver was cutting back my meal plan to 10/week. My school offers meals on the meal plan for $6 a piece, no matter the meal, whereas if you pay cash, breakfast is only $2 and lunch only $4, so that happened. Although I payed cash a lot less often than I simply went the traditional route and stuck it out with ramen or PB&J for lunch.

3 College Senior

Campus Food: Food is pretty standard and predictable here. Favorites include the mac & cheese bar and Burger Fridays.

3 College Freshman

Campus Food: Some meals are good, and others are not so good. They do there best, and are very sanitary and clean.
