Off-Campus Housing: Off- campus housing majority of the time is cheaper than on campus, with most of them getting upgrades this year you'll get your bang for your buck. There are plenty of options to choose from but you get the best prices when you sign the leases early compared to later.

Off-Campus Housing: Off-campus housing is only great if you can find a house. The apartments here are very nice, but VERY small. A lot of students have jobs at the apartments, which can make it very difficult to signing your lease, or issues with your lease. I moved into the Forum over the summer and it was more than a nightmare!
