Campus Food

3 College Sophomore

Campus Food: I loved the variety, however I would have liked to have a wider variety of healthy choices.

3 College Sophomore

Campus Food: Not the worst, not the best, and it's overpriced.

1 College Sophomore

Campus Food: It's so bad. Terribly limited variety and horrible quality.

3 College Freshman

Campus Food: The food is great and has variety of options.

3 College Sophomore

Campus Food: The dinning on campus is okay. It could be better in the areas of quality and selection, but overall satisfying.

The Maxwell Student Dining Hall is aimed to please the needs and wants of every student at Georgia College. With this being said, the hall recently underwent a full renovation to better accommodate students’ wants. As of August 2011, Georgia College students have five different station options from which to choose, including: grill, sandwiches, desserts, Italian, and diner food. A major advantage of the dining hall includes the made-to-order salads, sandwiches, and vegetarian and vegan entrées. Other than the dining hall, student dining options include Einstein Bros. Bagels, Blimpie, Sandella's Flatbread Café, World of Wings, Chick-fil-A, and Books and Brews.

In terms of meal plans, there are a variety of plans from which to choose: the unlimited plan, the 14-meals-per-week plan, the 150 block plan, the 100 block plan, and the 25 block plan. Block plans give students the ability to enter the dining hall an unlimited amount of times daily, but the plan expires once all the meals have been used. With all of these options, you are guaranteed to find meals and plans to perfectly fit your lifestyle!
