3 College Sophomore

Administration: I haven't had any issues and I don't drink so I haven't had any run ins with the police on campus outside of the crossing guards.

4 College Freshman

Administration: I always feel safe in my dorms and I know that I can easily talk to any administrators to help me.

4 College Sophomore

Administration: I am a community advisor so I have a personal interest in the policies at the school. They are fairly lenient when it comes to first time events, though they crack down hard on any and all drug use. They are also strict on the honor code depending on who we are talking about.

3 College Junior

Administration: there are some areas that could use improvement but okay

4 College Freshman

Administration: I personally have not had any issues. I love GCSU and the Professors and administration seems to be very fair in how they handle situations.

Overall, the Georgia College campus is very lenient. As long as you are not foolishly loud in the dorms, your RA is not going to say anything. All professors have different attendance policies, so it is impossible to judge how strict the campus is on attendance. However, when it comes to academic dishonesty, no one takes that lightly.

Many professors require the use of (a plagiarism detecting website), and if your assignment is flagged, you may be sent to the campus’s judicial board. In conclusion, as long as you do not do anything “dumb,” you are not going to get into trouble!
