Off-Campus Dining

4 College Junior

Off-Campus Dining: I lived right across from Wisey's this year (Wisemiller's Deli) which was a blessing and a curse because I probably ate there too much. I also lived just a few blocks from Sweetgreen, which was amazing since I went there all the time. Baked and Wired has amazing cupcakes, so skip Georgetown cupcakes (which always has a huge line). Also skip Saxby's, which is more expensive than any other coffee shop around. There are a lot of options around campus, both in the neighborhood and on M street and Wisconsin, etc.

Off-Campus Dining: We probably have some of the best off-campus dining ever!! Just go down M or Wisconsin. Some options are a bit pricey, but others are totally reasonable. Check out your dorm lobby for coupons. There are a few places (Eat & Joy, Muncheez) that are open practically all night.

Off-Campus Dining: There are a ton of restaurants close to campus. Since it's D.C. some of the restaurants can be expensive. There are a a good number of late night spots to eat on the weekends.

There are more than 100 restaurants within a 20-minute walk from campus, and you’d be hard-pressed to find many students who have bad things to say about more than two or three of them. In terms of price, speed, ethnicity, formality, and clientele, there exists a nearly indescribable variety of eateries. From the famed and beloved Tombs and Wisemiller’s to the upscale Italian and French bistros on M Street, the options are staggering. Little surprise that Hoyas report one of their favorite traditions is to go out to dinner on the dime of visiting parents whenever possible.

The Georgetown neighborhood is prime for a night out, and greasy college food can be found right on Wisconsin at Five Guys or the classic Georgetown restaurant, Wingo's. It's difficult to find a Georgetown student who does not absolutely love the food options around campus.
