Campus Food

3 College Freshman

Campus Food: It's exciting at first but eating in the Bon day after day gets tiring, as I'm sure is the case at most colleges. You simply miss your home cooked meals. Although what is a bummer is that as a freshman I had to pay for 21 meals, I like having options and I want to spend as little money as possible. I also wish the money I didn't spend on meals that I missed during the week would roll over so I can use them later. That would make me feel like my money was spent a little more wisely.

Campus Food: I really don't like having to be required to have a 21 meal plan as a freshman. It kind of ends up being too much food. Also, it is horrible that the meals that you miss end up disappearing at the end of the week because it is pretty much wasted money for the student. A lot of the food has fillers in it, such as taco meat with potatoes in it. But there is occasionally a really good meal.

Campus Food: It is annoying that freshman are required to purchase a 24 meal plan, especially when the food isn't always the greatest. Then again, I understand the challenges of feeding several hundred students at every meal.

Campus Food: Though students like to complain about the meals, I am generally okay with them. I have never had a meal where there was nothing at all I wanted to eat, thanks to the pasta bar that is always open. It's bland, but it's something. The quality of the "specials" for the meal tend to fluctuate. Some days are really good, others are not so good. But GFU is really good at providing options for people who are vegetarians or gluten-free, which is nice.

Campus Food: Its very overpriced for the quality. On days for preview students its great but other days its hit and miss.
