Academic Experience: Galen College of Nursing is specifically about nursing. So even in your prerequisites you get the best nursing based knowledge. Every class in the program relates, and revolves around nursing. Also the professors are knowledgeable and have degrees in health sciences. The workload may be heavy but this comes with a nursing program, it must be in order to accurately study the things you need to take away for your future career as a nurse. Galen makes it very easy to find extra help for you to succeed.

Academic Experience: Galen's academics are great. The professors are knowledgeable and will help you find answers to your questions. The curriculum's are great and I feel that I have really taken what I need from each classes curriculum to be a successful nurse in today's society. The registration process for me had been quick and easy. The workload is heavy but all of it is useful and necessary and it has pushed me to really learn and succeed in my school work. The study options are great. The library has many resources that have helped me along the way. Also the students are easy going and there are so many study group options. They also offer tutoring and open office hours for the students to get help from their professors.
