Tuition & Financial Aid: Slow Response Time – I've had questions about my financial aid and living expense checks the entire time I've been in school and my adviser rarely responds and when he does he's never been helpful.

Student Body: More Than Just a Student – Nearly every student I've met and goes to school but we all work hard to make it work.

Campus Resources: Online College Experience – Full Sail University offers a unique online experience which their sole effort is to make you feel as part of the university no matter that it is distance learning. From the live online sessions hosted weekly to the professors sharing your page online for instruction and review.

Academic Experience: Full Sail University is well recognized in the entertainment industry. The University is focused on specific degree programs and from my research excels in those programs. The fruits can be clearly seen from their alumni.

Tuition & Financial Aid: The Process – The schools tuition is very comparable to other colleges and I feel the price for the knowledge you are receiving is very well priced. The financial aid staff at this school I would have to rank as A+, from the very beginning and through out your time at this college the staff is constantly updating you on your loans and keeping you well informed of the process.

Academic Experience: Online College Experience – I'm attending Full Sail University Online Program for a bachelors degree in Web Design and Development. What I like most about the program is the interaction with the Professors and the way the curriculum emphasizes a real world learning experience. Full Sail Universities staff has made the application process and decision to start easy. This being my first college experience since graduating in 1990 I was indecisive in an online program, but after careful review of past students success and transition into their respective industries made my decision easy. Now being part of such a phenomenal program I clearly can see my new career and future becoming bright. Thanks to Full Sail University.

Academic Flexibility: There Is None. If you fail a class for grades you retake it, if you fail a class for attendance you retake it.

Tuition & Financial Aid: At Full Sail all books are included within your tuition. This is great expect we don't receive any hard copy books only ebooks for our computers. I honestly feel I would exceed more in school with a hard copy text book. I would be able to study where ever I am and not get a headache from staring at a computer screen for hours. I've emailed many people within the school to see if hard copies were available but no response. My problem with financial aid is they don't contact you in time for anything, therefore your financial aid could be on the verge of running out and you would have no idea.

Overall Experience: Happy With School but Policies Need Work. Full Sail has a 90% attendance rate, which is understandable when you have a full class in 4 weeks, but what I don't understand is how you can end a class with a 90% grade but you fail for missing two class periods. No ands, buts, or expectations. The worst part because you failed for attendance you have to repay to take the class. If you ask me Full Sail is money hungry.

Student Body: Most of My Classmates Already Have Jobs – The majority of my classmates already have a job, and they are juggling school life and personal life. They are friendly, but the students are serious about their education.

Campus Resources: Network Is Great – The network is awesome. I am doing my classes online, and there are hardly any problems with the network. I am able to turn my assignments on time, and it is really reliable.

Online Courses: Easy Peasy. Once you get the swing of things, online classes are a breeze! They provide a challenge, but they give you the resources to be the best you can be!

5 College Junior

Academic Flexibility: Maximum Flexibility! Online classes are a god-send. You get roughly a week's worth of classes at a time, and you can finish them any time of day (as long as it is before the deadline).

Campus Resources: Doing Great So Far! Online classes run smoothly with minimal downtime.

Tuition & Financial Aid: The tuition cost at Full Sail University is very pricey. But I'll be the first to say you get as much of your money's worth as you want to. I for one think it is worth the cost because I'm learning much more here than I probably would at a traditional University. But even with the amount of scholarships I received, I will still probably be in debt for the rest of my life. At least I'll still be able to get a good job.

Student Body: Full Sail is a fantastic school to attend because you do receive all need training you will need to be prepared for the real world. You receive all the best and most recent technology/programs. But as far as diversity is considered Full Sail falls a little short. It comes a some what close to being equal, but not really. Gender diversity is no where near equal. There are no where near as many females as there are males. But in a professional environment where you are dedicated to learn. Less females than males is the least of your worries.

Online Courses: I Am Not a Procrastinator. I love doing my first 3 months online. I could not make it to campus and I also had two jobs at the time so being an online student was perfect. Tech support always was helpful whenever I was having issues and it was great that I could talk directly on the phone with them. The students were helpful to fellow peers and always networked. Professors answered my emails immediately and were very understanding if I had difficulty. I loved that if there was an assignment due they were posted in advanced for me to complete them. This was perfect because I did not have to wait to the last minute to complete assignments and tend to my busy work schedule.

Tuition & Financial Aid: Expensive, but Worth It – I will have a lot of money to pay back in loans after my Bachelor's Degree is received, but the education is so broad and so convenient that it is all worth it.

Online Courses: A Real "Real World" Education – I am a Digital Cinematography Major. I am also a full-time actress and director/producer of my own original film projects. Choosing an online school was the best thing for me.
I find it easy to follow my school schedule and arrange my other priorities around it. I am learning a lot, from basic classes to film classes, and everything in between.
A lot of my course subjects are related to the film world, and that helps me retain information.
Overall, I feel like I am preparing for my career, not just sitting in class. Once I complete my Bachelor's Degree program, I will be fit to work in my field immediately, like so many other Full Sail Graduates.

Overall Experience: Happy With Choice – As much as Full Sail offers me, I believe I can offer Full Sail a few things in return. I can lend my motivation, strength of will, perseverance, and enormous heart to individuals that want to give up.

Academic Experience: Curriculum Is What I Want in Order to Be Successful. As much as Full Sail offers me, I believe I can offer Full Sail a few things in return. I can lend my motivation, strength of will, perseverance, and enormous heart to individuals that want to give up.

Academic Flexibility: Nothing Transferred – I believe Full Sail has in its possession all the
seeds of knowledge required to grow my tree, which is my ambition to be in the music
industry as an artist and producer, to be a cartoon animator, and a highly skilled game
designer. While Full Sail holds these seeds, I am the soil, rich and fertile, ready to help grow the tree of my dreams.

4 College Senior

Academic Experience: Professor Involvement Is Scattershot – There are some great instructors at Full Sail that get involved with what you're doing, want to know how well you understand the material, give great and prompt feedback, and are generally happy to be in contact with you. There are others, however, that are not so great. Some do not respond to e-mail, or do not answer e-mail promptly(or at all), and occasionally assignments are not graded until it's too late to utilize feedback on future assignments for the class. I had one class (Rich Media Optimization), where none of my assignments were graded until a day before the class was over and my final assignment had already been turned in.

3 College Senior

Academic Flexibility: Class Inflexibility Didn't Seem to Be a Problem – There wasn't really any flexibility in terms of class scheduling. My classes were all mapped out in a particular order so that I would have the required skills to succeed at each course. For the most part, if they had come in any other order I would be afraid of missing a skill set necessary to succeed in the current course. I didn't expect any transfer credits to apply, but my community college math and speech classes went transferred over which was nice.

4 College Senior

Overall Experience: You Get Out of It What You Put Into It – I was really into my area of study and gulped down every tidbit of knowledge I could find, so I had a great experience through all of my classes. I felt they did an excellent job imparting not only basic knowledge, but industry-standard techniques that help drive the knowledge home. Some of my classmates struggled a lot it seemed, though most times as a result of not doing assignments, creating gaps in knowledge. To be effective in the online program you really have to put the time and effort required into the classwork.
