Academic Flexibility: Taking classes online makes it easy to be flexible

Academic Experience: It's pretty average. The first few months were rough, however, especially math and music theory. It's remarkable how a lot of people here get confused by basic math and things most people learn in a 2nd grade music class.

Academic Experience: I'm a ShowPro student, and I hate that we have to go through a year of only audio classes. I want to focus on lighting, and we won't even get into that until like month 13 or something.

Tuition & Financial Aid: It's super expensive to go here, and oftentimes I feel as if I'm not really getting my money's worth. I mean, its great that we have all this super expensive gear and whatnot, but I feel that tuition should have more to do with the kind of education you're getting and not the tools you use. Being a ShowPro student wanting to focus on lighting, I feel as if this first year of being forced to go through all the audio classes just to get to what I actually came here to learn is just a total waste of money.

Student Body: I absolutely hate the students here. I hardly interact with people. Imagine every possible stereotype for rappers, and combine them into one entity, and you have the majority of students here.

Campus Resources: I've been at school with better networks, but for such a technologically-savvy school, the network does a decent job of handling the amount of traffic it gets.

2 College Junior

Campus Quality: The campus is stuck right in the middle of the city, and the two sections aren't connected, so you have to get out on the busy main road to get from one side to the other. Traffic here is terrible.

2 College Junior

Online Courses: I took two months of online courses before transferring to campus, and it was a complete waste of time. I ended up having to retake them when I got to campus.

3 College Junior

Academic Flexibility: A lot of people complain about the flexibility, but they should have known coming in that the schedule here is crazy and unpredictable. I knew that having a job while being at school wouldn't work, so I haven't had any problem with conflicts.

Overall Experience: The fact that our school gets actual professionals that have worked in movies and in big studios like Nickelodeon and EA as teachers, that i would say is pretty awesome.

Tuition & Financial Aid: I get this school is a little pricey but I believe it worth it. To be honest my mother has been taking care of the tuition and financial aid stuff.

Career Services: I just started school about 7 months ago so its still al new to me.

3 College Junior

Online Courses: I've only had one online class and it wasn't my favorite. I honestly like been in class with a teacher communicating face to face.

Academic Flexibility: Personally, I had no issues with transferring my credits over to Full Sail University. There were only a few issues I have had with Full Sail so far. My issues involved the financial aspect of the school in regards to not having any extra financial help to pay for my schooling being a single mother. On the plus side, my classes are scheduled to be completed at any time of day, whenever I am able to complete them. That aspect, solely, has helped me better myself while having a toddler.

Tuition & Financial Aid: Personally, I was expecting the school to be expensive because of the high credibility the school help with their degrees. However, I was fairly disappointed with the lack of help from the financial aid advisors to help my find more scholarship opportunities to help pay for my schooling. Other than receiving loans and a grant to pay for some of my schooling, I was sent a link to a website to learn more about finding scholarships. With my high GPA graduating high school, and a new born child, I was hoping to have received more financial help with living expenses while I was enrolled. The financial aid workers were very respectful.

Academic Experience: First off, Full Sail University, in my opinion, is one of the best arts and design schools in the country. I am a full-time mother, and the class flexibility with assignments and learning is very helpful. Other than not meeting them in person, my professors are always there to assist and guide me with any questions and help with understanding the assignments. As far as the curriculum goes, I am pleased with the straight-forward learning associated with each class and assignment. However, it is very difficult for me individually to be a part of other programs with the school while having a toddler. Overall, I am very pleased with the atmosphere and activities associated with Full Sail, and hope to receive scholarships to help me pay for this amazing schooling.

Academic Experience: While thinking of future careers I wanted to be involved in, I ran across Full Sail online, and learned more about Graphic Design. Being an artist, I was very intrigued by the workload, and amount of constant schooling I would receive. Although I had previously been enrolled in the University of North Carolina in Charlotte, I had never had such a helpful and understanding advisor team. When I was accepted to Full Sail, I was sent a computer with all of the latest Graphic Design technology and equipment needed to fulfill my tasks with school, and begin to learn how to work the programs on my own. When I graduate, I will be a professional in my field of work. Graduating as a professional Graphic Designer from Full Sail University will provide me with the best job opportunities for future employers.

Academic Flexibility: The staff is more than willing to work with you when it comes to getting assignments done. I have requested work up front when I know I can't make a class, never an issue.
