Off-Campus Housing: I've never tried to live off campus so I do not know much about it, but friends of mine who did say it was not very hard and everything was reasonable in pricing.

Off-Campus Housing: Due to the rural area, it would be more expensive then it would be worth. Most people stay on campus from freshmen to seniors.

3 College Sophomore

Off-Campus Housing: I know of a couple students that choose to live off-campus due to the grossly overcharged price of living on campus.

3 College Sophomore

Off-Campus Housing: Off-campus housing is somewhat rare. Since the school is in a somewhat deserted area there isn't much around for options. However, the places that are close are reasonably priced and decently nice, but most are taken.

Off-Campus Housing: Not much available, high prices.

Most students do not recommend off-campus housing because rent for most apartments has increased due to the struggling economy. Moreover, there are not that many off-campus houses available because of the small and rural town in which the school is located.

Surveyed students also agree that senior and junior housing is better than freshmen and sophomore housing, so it is more desirable to live in those locations than attempt to find housing off campus.
