3 College Sophomore

Academic Experience: As an upcoming nursing student, I've heard that sudents that are already in the ADN program say that it's pretty intense but they also love it and when they graduate they're excellent nurses.

Academic Experience: there are quite a bit of programs offered at the school

Academic Experience: I am in the Associates of Arts College Transfer Program. It is intended to get most of your general education courses out of the way before transferring to a 4 year school. I like it okay I guess. There's nothing super special about it, and you're typically in classes with several other people that have different majors or career choices. You can make it more or less busy as you choose. Your adviser can be very helpful when it comes to pacing yourself and knowing what is your limit. Mine has been pretty helpful!

Academic Experience: Again, you can make your workload as heavy or light as you deem necessary. That part is pretty wonderful! As far as the class registration process, it is kind of difficult. I felt like I didn't fully understand it for quite some time. It's good to not be afraid to ask questions. The professors are kind of hit and miss. Some of them are genuinely wonderful people and love teaching. Others are really not there to help you. You can't always go by what some people say about a particular professor, because you don't know their work ethic or what the specific circumstances were when they had that class. I do like the many different programs Forsyth Tech offers. It seems that they have a lot of fundamental programs to prepare you for whichever field of study you plan to continue in.

4 College Junior

Academic Experience: You feel like you're getting your money's worth with the program and curriculums. The instructors are very good at what they do and they are willing to give you extra help and assistance if needed. In my program of study there is a lot of paperwork however the education is very thorough. In the last school I felt like my money was very much wasted however at this school I feel like I'm getting a true education and that my time isn't wasted.
