Due to a lack of communication on campus, not all students know about the different programs, organizations, and events (hence the "A-").
We do have some great programs! Our student government is heavily involved in activities and student run organizations. We have heritage 9 heritage months. There is a "college hour" every week that vary greatly in subject (heritage month event, college/career focused, clubs, carnival, etc.). We also have numerous media labs on campus (so students who don't have access to a computer should have no problem getting their work done).

You have graduated High School but you have no clue what career suits you? Neither did I and foothill's best quality is being able to explore your interests more! I have taken classes in all the fields that appealed to me and after 4 changes in major over the past year, I have it figured out. I didn't feel like I was wasting my money or time because all those classes counted for GE. Foothill is a great choice for anyone without a set career or even someone with one. It is affordable and easy going for new comers!

The professors at Foothill are great! I can only name two professors I've had that I felt like did not provide the experience that I hoped for. Most of the professors I've had usually are very passionate about the subject and really focus on making sure everyone individually understands the material or has access help if needed. Rate my professor can be off sometimes as some reviews of professors may be skewed, so be careful if you choose classes solely based on reviews from that site. I would recommend asking friends or people you may know who have taken the certain professors class before adding.
