5 College Sophomore

Health & Safety: There are so many health initiatives on campus to keep our students safe and healthy!

4 College Sophomore

Overall Experience: Class sizes can be huge (500+) but get smaller the further you get into your major. There are many brilliant people who will teach you but the TAs are not some of them.

4 College Sophomore

Overall Experience: There are many options the career center gives you to help you succeed and better prepare you for your future.

3 College Sophomore

Campus Housing: It's all about who you live with. Luckily they are tearing down the terrible dorms because they were awful. There are many nice ones though. Definitely a first year must .

3 College Sophomore

Greek Life: A lot of money and many nice houses and cars. At least they donate money to charitable organizations.

4 College Sophomore

Athletics: The Athletics are incredible. A lot of money goes into our athletics.

4 College Sophomore

Overall Experience: FSU is a great school. There are many great programs, some more difficult than others. Overall a great place to further your education.

4 College Freshman

Health & Safety: The FSUPD are very active and helpful. I always see officers going around campus. When the shooting happened last year, the police were there in record time and were trained well enough to diffuse the threat.

Overall Experience: The professors are very professional, and they work hard to make sure their students understand the material. They have office hours every week, and offer other opportunities for students to seek help when needed.

4 College Freshman

Overall Experience: FSU offers many ways to get connected. The alumni network is very strong. The business program, in particular, has an event for students to network with other employers and alumni.

4 College Freshman

Greek Life: There are tons of houses surrounding campus, and there's even a neighborhood dedicated for fraternety houses. The sororities decorate their houses for the seasons, which is really festive and pretty to look at.

5 College Freshman

Athletics: Sports are huge at my school. Everyone goes all out for games, especially rivalry weekend.

4 College Freshman

Overall Experience: The classes are really well taught, and the professors test only subjects they teach. One of my professors didn't get to a certain topic by the final exam, so they omitted that from the test.

3 College Sophomore

Campus Housing: I didn't live on campus. I have been in the dorms though and they are small and dingy.

4 College Sophomore

Athletics: I'm not on any if the teams, but the facilities are great and available to everyone.

5 College Sophomore

Overall Experience: Wonderful school! Fun and great professors. Sometimes it's hard to balance social life with school work, but that's also a great learning lesson.

4 College Freshman

Overall Experience: The school was easy to get around, the cost of living was reasonable, and FSU football

4 College Freshman

Athletics: I love Florida State, the economy is what made it hard to find a job. High student loans also a downside.

4 College Junior

Health & Safety: Crime happens everywhere, especially since FSU is a public campus, but the FSUPD responds very quickly and is always on the scene. I always feel safe walking around campus during the day, but its always good to have someone with you at night.

3 College Junior

Campus Housing: I only lived in the dorms my freshman year, and I really enjoyed it. Two of my 3 roommates were random, and it worked out really well. The RA's are very helpful and it was a great college experience. However, this could all be different depending on where you live and who your roommates are.

Greek Life: I am not in a sorority, but a lot of my friends are, and they love it. Of course, it comes with its ups and downs, but they find lasting friendships and really enjoy the philanthropic things that they do.

5 College Junior

Athletics: Florida State fans are true to their teams, win or lose. You can feel the energy on game days, and the school spirit is astounding. The coaches really care about their team and each member really knows how to put each other up and motivate one another.
