Campus Housing: Summer of my freshman year I resided in Landis through the CARE 13' program and it was a wonderful living experience. I loved my room as well as my roommate and RA. Fall and spring semester of my freshman year I resided in Jennie Murphree Hall. My room was very spacious and it's conveniently located right next to Suwanee room. The only issue is that with staying on the east side of campus, you must purchase a meal plan.

Off-Campus Housing: Off-campus is a really good solution. Landlords let you stick to yourself and rarely come in to check on you unless you call them. It can be pricey but if you travel a little farther away you can get a lower price and still a nice place. Parking is good for you but if you want friends to come over they will get towed after midnight.

Off-Campus Dining: There are a lot of places to eat off campus. You can always find a place and the price is never super outrageous. Its pretty convenient if you have a car - some options can be a little far away if the buses aren't running.

Administration: Campus Administration is pretty nice. They never really interfere too much with student's lives on campus.

Party Scene: A lot of times girl can go pregame at a frat house and then get bused over to The Strip or Potbelly's. If not you can go to the clubs around campus and there is always something going on. If you have connections you can usually find some pretty rad house parties as well.

Scholarships: I've never had a problem with my financial aid.

Campus Food: The dining halls, Fresh and Swannee, are not very good but you can use your swipes on other food places around campus which is really nice. If you live in a dorm that has a kitchen and doesn't require you to buy a meal plan I wouldn't. I liked having my meal plan my first semester but by my second I was mostly eating lean cuisines in my dorm and subway for my other meals with my swipe. There is a great variety of foods in the dining halls though so you can usually find something even if its just a salad.

Campus Housing: The dorms are really nice but some of them can be on the older side. They have a lot of events you can go to to meet people who live in your building and living on campus your first year is a great way to make friends. All of our housing is close to at least one dining hall and the walk from one side of campus to the other takes less than 30 minutes. The cost is average and it is really convenient to live on campus.

Off-Campus Housing: The nice places are run by big companies that own multiple properties around the school and country. They do not care about you and will charge you too much for not helping you at all. However, they are nice and safe so if you are comfortable with never receiving help for appliances/parking situations/etc and paying a lot of money, then a big company student housing place is for you.

Off-Campus Dining: The best thing about Tallahassee is the food.

3 College Senior

Administration: As long as you're not doing anything extreme, you are pretty safe on campus. Our police officers will ticket you for driving violations on campus so beware. They are also really great in times of need and actually care about the students.

3 College Senior

Party Scene: The new area of college town is really nice. I hope it stays that way and students don't just trash it. But, it feels more like a big city and it's very clean.

3 College Senior

Scholarships: It's really all about the FAFSA. Try and apply for scholarships within your college, you're more likely to receive them and since it's through the school you don't have to do much in order to have it put into your school account.

Campus Food: The only problem with campus food is the lines. If they could speed up the service I would have no complaints.

3 College Senior

Campus Housing: It's great for being able to get to classes on time. If you live off campus, parking is a major issue. Other than that, I think campus housing is just about the same as most other colleges I've seen.

3 College Freshman

Off-Campus Dining: The best part is all the places that are open until 3 am. Most of them are chain restaurants but they are still okay.

Administration: They are really understanding about certain things and just wants to make sure everyone stays safe. Unless you are doing something illegal their intent is not to punish you.

5 College Freshman

Party Scene: If you want to come here to have a good time this is literally the place to do it. There will always be something going on especially on the weekends it's hard to choose what you are going to do for the night. Even during the week you can look forward to Purgatory, Happy hour, and Wine down Wednesdays

Campus Food: I love the choices in restaurants we have. It is a little pricey if you aren't eating in the dining halls, but the dining halls aren't too bad either. Also, we have the Renengade Runner which will deliver you food from Denny's, Chik fil a, Rising Roll, and Chilis to anywhere on campus. The only thing I would say, is that they don't have many healthy options. And they only have one station for vegans and vegetarians.

Campus Housing: I just happened to get a not so good dorm and it is disgusting. But there are alot of great dorms on campus! Broward, Gilchrist, Degraff, Landis, Reynolds, Jenny are the good ones. Plus, they are opening new dorms next year so that's good!

Off-Campus Housing: Stadium Centre is the most luxurious apartments for students. There are many walking distance options. Off campus apartments tend to be nicer in quality and noise control. Renting a house is also a good option, and very affordable.

5 College Freshman

Off-Campus Dining: There are very many places to dine off campus. Anywhere from five-star restaurants to affordable establishments.
