Guys & Girls: FSU actually has a high amount of attractive students - girls and guys. You can meet people by networking around campus or joining clubs and athletic teams. Intramurals are a great way to meet people on campus!

Party Scene: I don't participate in nightlife. But I believe there's lots of underage drinking and lack of carding. There's a lineup of bars and clubs right outside campus called the Strip that lots of people go to. There's a night bus that goes around picking up drunk people and several free cab services you can call so you don't have to drive home.

Off-Campus Housing: It all depends on who you get. Some landlords are terrible, some apartments are awesome. Some places are filthy and infested with roaches and mold (Bradford Oaks), some are super clean and well-kept but expensive (Player's Club). Do your own research first. The school stays out of it so it's up to you to find a place.

Transportation: Campus and city buses are terrible. They don't stick to their schedule so you have to arrive 30 min-an hour before you need to be somewhere. Buses are always breaking down which means the replacement bus can't be tracked on the TransLoc app. I am constantly missing buses because they are totally UNRELIABLE. However you pay the transportation fee online.

Campus Food: Don't get a meal plan unless you enjoy quantity over quality. It's very expensive and the food is terrible. I can live off groceries on $150/mo that taste way better and are much healthier than cafeteria crap. The dining halls are also very loud. The best thing about them would probably be endless desserts and drink refills. If you do get a meal plan go to Fresh Foods instead of Suwannee. Chili's is the best place to eat but is also always EXTREMELY slow for whatever reason so only get to-go there.

3 College Senior

Scholarships: If you have a great GPA coming in as a freshman you can lock yourself in to a 4-year scholarship. If you have a terrible GPA then sorry. They offer loans every semester but I'd recommend NOT getting them if you have the chance.

Drug Safety: I don't know much about it since my friends aren't a part of this scene, but I think it's ok. Peer pressure all depends on what kinds of crowds you hang out with. If you're with people that don't do that stuff you have fun and never really hear about it. If you are then I guess you'd feel pressured.

Parking: No spots, garages fill up quickly, having to drive to another garage before class, waiting in lines for an hour or so. I don't have a car so I can avoid all of this. Everyone I know who has a car complains about parking.

4 College Senior

Athletics: I'm not into sports and athletics, but FSU is big on its football team. The campus has great school spirit overall and just about everyone goes to the games.

3 College Senior

Technology: There are 2 libraries with computers (which are usually taken) and at least one computer lab that is relatively hidden and usually full of open computers. I'd strongly recommend getting a cheap laptop and a USB. Don't get a printer, ink is too expensive and you can just print on campus for much cheaper. WIFI is on and off when travelling around campus. Some places have WIFI, some don't, and others have it but have a terrible connection.

3 College Senior

Diversity: Different race/ethnicities are on campus, including internationals. Campus is liberal so there's a good sized LGBTQ population. There are also several campus ministries including Intervarsity and CRU.

Majors: My program seems excellent. It's very professional and has great academic standards. I plan to later go on to grad school in order to get a good job in Psychology.

Majors: Nothing too difficult or hard. If you have a good GPA you'll get in. Psychology isn't one of the school's most difficult majors.

Administration: They seem to be strict on some things but not others. Academic violations are pretty serious here, whereas one of the people on my hall once was smoking pot pretty consistently and to my knowledge never got caught even though they were reported. There are also lots of parties in the Greek houses of course.

Off-Campus Dining: There's so many restaurants around campus. Several Asian/oriental places, Jimmy John's, pizza places, etc. There's always somewhere to eat if you're hungry, and always something you'll like. Personally I love Panda Express and Genghis Grill.

Local Area: Living and utilities are overpriced, but environment is great.

Administration: Never had a problem, so long as you don't break the rules.

Campus Housing: I've only experienced campus housing in passing.

Health & Safety: Never felt unsafe, but it's a big campus.

College Freshman

Guys & Girls: This is an odd question.

Technology: Strozier gets very packed very quickly. It's probably most feasible to bring your own laptop to work wherever you want.

Party Scene: It can get a little nuts!

Off-Campus Dining: Chick-fil-a colleg nights. 'Nuff said!

Health & Safety: One of the many good things that FSU exceeds in. By the way, its free movies at the SLC not the "SLB"
