Academics: My classes aren't so difficult that they're impossible, but they do challenge you to be responsible, hardworking, and organized. My workload is moderate, and I still have time to have some fun between class and work. The facilities are excellent, from classroom technology to laboratory facilities.

Academics: There are so many options to study what you want to study at FSU. Most of my professors are engaging and genuinely interested in perfecting the student's performance in the class. Registration, once you understand the process, is easy if you are on time. There are many secondary study services offered, like free tutoring and writing services at the library and at other locations. The library is a huge hub of student activity, and you can find many fellow all-nighters chugging drinks from the Starbucks located inside.

Party Scene: I don't do a lot of partying, but many students take time to have some fun on the weekends. Many fraternities and sororities have parties and many students choose to go the bars and clubs close to campus. A lot of students have fun at said bars and clubs.

Administration: The campus is strict when it comes to illegal subjects, so this is fair. Where drug and alcohol possession is not permitted due to legality, age restrictions, or environment restrictions (alcohol in dorms), the punishments can be a bit hefty. But as far as demonstrations go, there is a place specified on campus for students to speak freely about whatever they please.

Athletics: Florida State University won the BCS National Championship in 2013! Obviously, varsity sports are a huge deal. If you're not at the football game, you are participating in some way--watching at a friend's, tailgating with the radio on, sitting at the bar with your friends while the game is on, etc. Campus life is invigorated with the popularity of sports, especially football.

Majors: I was accepted into the College of Nursing at Florida State University right out of high school. This is the best way to attempt to enter the program, as it is extremely limited access. When you apply to the university, you indicate your major as nursing and they will automatically put you in the application pool. If you are accepted, you merely have to maintain a 3.0 GPA and take the right classes at the right time. For applicants who apply while already at the university, acceptance is much harder because they are competing with many other students for very few spots.

Academics: I'm currently exploratory, and my major I'm interested in is audition only, but from what I've heard, they're very helpful and have many options and explore the whole career area.

4 College Freshman

Academics: There are a lot of options, including the graduation requirements, but also SO many fun things, major specific or not.

5 College Freshman

Overall Experience: They're incredibly helpful with assisting you in finding things; placing you is a different thing entirely, but they try.

4 College Freshman

Overall Experience: There's a lot of options and varieties, and I am VERY excited!

4 College Freshman

Administration: The school isn't unnecessarily strict and only seems to look down on illegal things.

4 College Freshman

Guys & Girls: There is a lot of diversity, which is something I like, although there are definitely more females.

Campus Food: It's not the greatest food ever, but it's better than regular cafeteria food or just a sandwich.

5 College Freshman

Athletics: Our athletics, especially the football (National Champions last year), are definitely some of the best and well taken care of.

3 College Freshman

Health & Safety: There are a lot of safety precautions in place, but the campus police or help can't be everywhere at once, and the campus is large.

4 College Freshman

Off-Campus Dining: There's a lot of locally run options, but plenty of known businesses as well and a lot of different prices.

4 College Freshman

Local Area: The town has a lot of history, so the buildings near campus are beautifully structured. There's a lot of restaurants and shopping options, and quite a few clubs near campus that students often go to.

5 College Sophomore

Academics: I believe I am receiving one of the best educations I could possibly receive.

4 College Sophomore

Academics: I have been very lucky with professors who treat college students like adults and not high school students. It teaches us to manage our time more wisely.

3 College Sophomore

Administration: The main thing that they are strict about is the honor code, in my opinion.

4 College Sophomore

Diversity: I love the cultural diversity of all the students at my school. We all share the same pride and FSU culture.

4 College Sophomore

Majors: There aren't too many requirements for my major. It is very doable.

4 College Sophomore

Majors: I would not mind getting an internship, however I have never had one before.

3 College Sophomore

Campus Housing: I think the rooms are too small and the rules are too strict or college students. I prefer off campus housing.

3 College Sophomore

Campus Food: I rarely eat on campus, but the few times I do, I'm not really disappointed.
