Campus Food: Both dining halls are always filled with a variety of food to choose from whether you are a meat lover, vegetarian, or health-addict. The facilities are well-sized and always clean; there are always employees available for your service. The other food places are located conveniently around campus near ATM's and serve high-quality food as if you were buying off campus. I would recommend a meal plan to anyone attending FSU.

Parking: Parking on campus can be a bit difficult if you are not acquainted with the campus. There are many lots where students can park, but they are not necessarily on campus (across the street). Permits are part of the tuition.

Academics: Academic Process – Academics offered at my school are amazing. There is something for everyone and the school strives to cater to everyone's needs and interest. The registration process is easy and the advisors are readily available to help students when needed. Professors encourage students to ask for help and are very flexible when it comes to meeting with students to discuss the class and any problems they may have.

Drug Safety: You can find any drug you want. Alcohol, pills, does not matter. If I wanted somehting I could get it. We revolve around bars.

3 College Senior

Campus Food: Ok, Nothing Great – The dining halls are quite gross. They have the same food over and over and does not taste so good. We have a union with Chilis, Einstein, Quiznos and Papa Johns. They all have good food but absolutely horrible service.

2 College Senior

Academics: Physical Education – Physical Education has been cancelled at FSU. We were given a date to finish the major, if we do not we must transfer to another school or change majors. There is not much to offer with my major.

Athletics: Best in the Nation! Florida State has the best Varsity sports in the nation, in my opinion. Fan support, school spirit, everything is A plus. IM sports are big too. I love IM Flag Football, it's the best!

4 College Freshman

Administration: The campus isn't that strict, they have their guidelines for what is expected and they are only enforced when challenged.

3 College Freshman

Diversity: FSU is mainly a white campus, with lots of races intertwined. So far I have seen no racial challenges, each race has the opportunity to form special groups and hosts many event.

3 College Freshman

Off-Campus Housing: I personally do not have my own apartment, but I have visited plenty. Each neighborhood seems nice, the apartments are well kept and the parking could be better. Also the rent is affordable.

4 College Junior

Overall Experience: Its Fun Here – Very big school, lots to do, student government seems very cool. classes are fun, campus is very attractive.

3 College Junior

Weather: Its florida so its usually hot, but lots of A/C in buildings so it works out. Other seasons are fine, winter is cold.

4 College Junior

Local Area: People are nice, due to state capital and 2 universities most locals are government employed thus they don't feed of students. Tallahassee is very nice with lots of parks. tons of hills to, no flat roads.

3 Recent Alumnus

Transportation: Buses Are Unreliable – The buses span a great deal, but it's hard finding a bus within a convenient time. Not to mention that the buses stop running pretty early in the evening.

3 Recent Alumnus

Party Scene: Need More Night Transportation – The clubs are great, but a bit on the pricey side. The real issue is without a car, you're pretty much stuck walking because the night transportation system is basically useless as they only drive you to the edge of campus.

4 Recent Alumnus

Technology: Great New Computer Lab – The new computer lab in the library is excellent. The computers are very new, the internet speed is fast, and there are an abundance for the hectic midterm season.

3 College Freshman

Guys & Girls: We're Pretty Diverse. There's a lot of different styles on the FSU campus, but everyone gets along. There are the "frat" guys in their khaki shorts, polos and Sperrys which I think are typical to any campus. There's the normal mall-goers dressed in casual jeans and a tee shirt, my favorite look. Intermixed with the crowd are the people I sometimes may look at twice, such as those wearing all dark clothing with chains and also some wearing pants so low you can almost see the bottom of their underwear.

Campus Housing: It's Awesome! Living on campus is the best part of FSU. There's always an activity to do and there are an abundance of things that go on throughout the week so it's very easy to socialize and make new friends. The worst part of living on campus is the parking in the afternoon. It's always a struggle.

3 College Freshman

Off-Campus Dining: It's Pretty Diverse – I think Tallahasse is full of different types of cuisine. I always have a large variety of choices and I appreciate the fact that I could eat at a different place every night if I chose to.

3 College Sophomore

Campus Quality: Different Views – We have alot of study abroad chances throuh out the world which is very unique.

2 College Sophomore

Campus Quality: Most [professors] or stuck up and dont care about the students. only a select few make sure their students are understand but on a few.

3 College Sophomore

Health & Safety: Somewhat Safe – Average Age in safety although we do have a police sattion on campus is real rare that you see them besides at event where they are required. It is a huge campus so walking by ypurself is a no no we do have petty robbery and assult with late night walkers. but they do have services to enhance safety.

1 College Freshman

Administration: What Punishments? I haven't heard of any punishments that were severe.

3 College Freshman

Greek Life: Greek life is known, however it is not really advertised, one must pay close attention to know if something was going on.

4 College Freshman

Party Scene: Nightcrawl: Explore Whenever, Wherever – When looking for somewhere to club or dance or mingle off- campus, the search is fairly easy. Eighteen year olds can get into the same clubs that are normally set aside for twenty-one year olds. These clubs are open every day of the week and they close at two a.m. (which is the only flaw). They are all very nice and sociable and the DJ plays music based off of the crowd (which is good). Now if someone doesn't want to go clubbing, there are always house parties or socials going on.
