Off-Campus Housing: At FIT off campus housing is the most practical and ideal way to go after completing the first two years on campus. The tuition of this school is very high and a majority of it comes from the outrageous price of the required meal plan and on campus housing, estimating to around $13,000 depending on the meal plan chosen. Having known several people that have chosen to live off campus, everyone of them have not regretted moving and find it much more manageable to live. Pros about living off campus would be the availability so close to campus and the apartments are quite nice compared to typical. A majority of students who live off campus are within walking distance of the edge of the campus. While the pros equally out way the cons of living off campus, there is still the fact that it is hard to move off campus because the process of moving off campus is very stressing when dealing with the housing department of the school.

Off-Campus Housing: It depends of what are you looking and your budget, the lack of public transportation might become living off-campus in a hard time, so I recommend to do some researching and talk all you doubts with the Housing Department.

Off-Campus Housing: It is so much cheaper! They charge you soooo much on campus for sooooo little. But off campus you can afford to go to school.

Off-Campus Housing: The apartment complexes can be a bit expensive, but there is a neighborhood right behind the school that has nice houses for 3 or 4 students within walking distance.
