3 College Freshman

Campus Food: Its a mid city campus so its adequate. Plus many of the dorms have kitchens so many people, including me, cook for ourselves.

1 College Junior

Campus Food: I have never been so displeased. The schools dining hall is absolutely disgusting. I understand working there may not be the most glamorous job but the staff is so rude.

5 College Freshman

Campus Food: I am very happy with the food!

FIT has one cafeteria that offers typical college food (such as pizza, deli sandwiches, fast food-type meals, and a hot bar), which can potentially lead to a possible Freshman 15 if students are not careful. There are also other options, such as sushi, soup and salad bars, and several pre-packaged foods. Students have a choice between the meals-per-week plans (9, 14, and 19) and the Freedom plan. The Freedom plan serves as a declining balance, allowing the student to pick what he or she wants without having to follow the meal guidelines. Each meal plan includes an additional declining balance fund.

Some students have complained about the hours of the cafeteria; they are not as accommodating as students would like them to be. There are several cheap options outside of the cafeteria that students tend to flock to if necessary.
