While not many male students on Fairleigh Dickinson’s Florham campus know it, they are outnumbered by the amount of female students. Because the campus is split between commuters and residents, much of the male and female interaction takes place in the classrooms and not outside in a more personal environment.
Most students are easy-going and laid-back, enjoying casual drinks or going out with friends on the weekends. There is a growing number of students in relationships on campus, the majority of which is dating someone else attending the Florham campus. The students are neither completely reserved, nor are they completely promiscuous. It is not difficult for either gender to be able to find a date, whether it be simply for one night or a series of meetings.
