Off-Campus Housing: Life on the beach is great, but only available to seniors

Off-Campus Housing: School puts up ads for off campus apartments for any students who want to move out on a bulletin board in the BCC and upperclassmen get to live on the beach.

Off-Campus Housing: It's not really an availability until senior year, but once it becomes a possibility the beach houses offer a wide range of space and luxury.

Off-Campus Housing: There is an incredibly small selection and one needs to have connections to find a house off campus for senior year. The only way students have housing senior year is if they plan it out at least two years in advance.
