I am currently studying for Pharmacy Technician major. So far I love it. Nothing less than expected. Hands on with everything. Antibiotics, IVs, chemotherapy hoods, compounding, etc. We also dress the part, so it actually feels like your working. I can tell you enough how many times we practice brand and generic antibiotics. It has become so useful in the learning process and it makes everything so much easier. The workload is just right, enough to keep you busy and focus. Nothing to overwhelming. It is just right! They definitely focus on your specific major.

The LIBRARY! The library has very dedicated folks working there. Please utilize this resource. I needed information on APA Formatting a research paper and when I went to the library to find this information they wlaked me through all the other resources that were available. Did you know they have some websites available to you that they pay for but free to you. Like, instructional video's on electrical and HVAC processes.

Everest in not going to just give you a passing grade, but will work with you feverishly if you run into dificulties during your studies. Lets say you have a family emergency and need to be out of school for a week, either they will give you the information you need to stay on track or they will move you back a week to catch up. If you aren't retaining the information, they will mentor and tudor you if need be. What I'm saying is they faculty will bend over backwards to get you through!
