3 College Junior

Local Area: The local area is great but very expensive, too expensive for a working college student. The locals hate that we have a school in their area. The hate our annual block party which is an amazing way to meet people, and promote local business.

Local Area: It's New York City. There's always something to do, a show to see, a free workshop being offered in the neighborhood, and tons of great and cheap food carts.
