I am both a student at Estrella and at Valley Vista High School. The Achieving a College Education (ACE) Scholarship Program made this possible. I am more than appreciative of the support with the program and throughout the campus. Everyone seems to know and love the ACE students. This makes for a very friendly and supportive environment for students like me. There are opportunities for me here and helpful resources such as a college and career center, tutoring centers, campus bookstore, private study rooms, and a student union (a fun and relaxing place for students to get together)! I have loved every moment on this campus and will continue to pursue a high education here until I have obtained my Associates in Science.

I love the teachers here the best, they are devoted in teaching and super friendly and outgoing. The facilities really make a great impression on me with modern- equipped library and a variety of book sources. Moreover, the tutoring center is well-equipped with everything that is needed for learning such as online-connection laptops, white boards, big tables and comfortable chairs. There are always friendly and enthusiastic tutors who are willing to help students even when they are afraid to ask for help. In addition, I and my friends were really impressed when we got a bunch of Mac book Air laptops to help doing experiments in biology lab. Those worked so great and extremely fast that we always got the results right away after measurements.

However, I wish my school had housing so that I and my fiends can experience campus life fully. I love my school!

The financial aid that was given to me ultimately paid for all my classes and then some. I was very grateful to have received as well money to pay for expenses such as rental or purchased books for classes. The education I signed up for is definitely worth the money that was paid. I think this school is a great way to start with an associates simply because it gives you the opportunity to take course classes that relate to your intended major. I definitely slacked off a bit with my financial aid, but I was as well very lucky to have received the amount of money I received. It definitely takes the stress and worry of looking for money to pay for college. Get financial aid done as quick as possible! The only thing I would like is for admissions to have a bit more information on the financial process such as what is covered and what comes out of your pocket.
