3 College Junior

Overall Experience: Beautiful campus, good academics, and conveniently located near shopping malls and restaurants.

4 College Sophomore

Scholarships: The experience went well. I was provided with a financial aid package that was suitable. I then asked for more money and was rewarded. The department is good at coming up with money when needed. I believe that a good tip for receiving financial aid at my school is to compare a package that was recieved at another school to the package that you recieve at my school and there is a possibility that more money could be presented.

Campus Housing: Dorms for the most part are decent sized with great views. There are numerous clubs and activities to join from academic clubs to sports clubs. The social atmosphere involves friendly and caring people. The school has a high cost but the support that is available makes it worth it. The housing process puts a lot of stress on the students when it comes around but most students end up in a living situation that they are happy and satisfied with.

4 College Sophomore

Off-Campus Dining: As far as off-campus dining goes I really only eat at Panera and order pizza, so I'm not too positive on the variety, butI I know there are a lot of local places that take our off-campus dollars

4 College Sophomore

Athletics: The fan support is pretty lackadaisical until a team makes it to the playoffs, then everybody attends the games, but besides that intramurals are a blast and the Post Center is great

3 College Sophomore

Party Scene: The typical parties are at townhouses and hawthorne, but those are usually packed with like a hundred people in one room so the smaller parties that you can get into because you know people are the better ones.

4 College Sophomore

Administration: As long as you're respectful to the administration, the campus, and the other students and you won't get into too much trouble, just be cooperative and don't do anything stupid and nobody will have any problems.

3 College Sophomore

Scholarships: I was able to earn the Presidential Scholarship, and besides that I wasn't able to receive any financial aid from the school. It is kind of frustrating since I actually need it, but I know a lot of people who have work-studies and I know that works out well for them.

3 College Sophomore

Campus Food: A lot of people complain non-stop about the Callahan food, but it really isn't that bad, there's options for salad, sandwiches, pasta, pizza, or cereal at every meal and they also always have gluten-free options which actually provide some of the best meals. A little more variety would definitely be better but it's food and it's very edible so it really isn't that bad.

Campus Housing: Housing is very unique, there are some buildings that were once mansions or homes and were converted into dorms which makes each room different and, again, very unique. Each dorm also has its own type of social life which is also cool. From Brindle and Endicott's open-door social style to Beachfront housing's family-style to Bayview/Stoneridge/Marblehead's more private hang-out with who you know; no matter where you are you'll meet some great people.

Campus Food: Campus food to say the least is mediocre. The food quality is poor and unhealthy. It's the same thing over and over again and it gets old pretty quick. Don't bother coming in on the weekends especially on a Sunday. There's barely any food. During breakfast it's empty and desolate. But during lunch and dinner It's always packed in there and sometimes you can't find a table to sit. Your best bet would be to arrive right when they're open or 30 minutes before they close. The other alternatives would be the Courtyard Cafe, Einstein's Bagels, and the Lodge. But it could be a bit pricey when you use up all of your on-campus flex dollars.

3 College Freshman

Party Scene: I don't really go out, but based on what I've heard.

3 College Freshman

Scholarships: I still don't get the amount of money that I need.

3 College Freshman

Campus Food: Depending on where you go, will depend on how good it is.

4 College Freshman

Campus Housing: Choosing housing is very stressful, however no matter where I end up I know I love it.

4 College Sophomore

Athletics: The varsity sports get a lot of attention for big games, but other than that they just have an average following. The gym is really nice but you definitely have to know when to go because it can get crowded.

4 College Sophomore

Off-Campus Dining: There are a fair amount of things off campus to eat. Endicott gives you off campus dollars to spend with some meal plans which helps for the days you don't want Callahan.

4 College Sophomore

Administration: If you follow the rules or at least make it seem like you are, you won't run into any trouble. Just be respectful and you'll be fine.

4 College Sophomore

Party Scene: I have never had a terrible experience at a party, but sometimes the people at the doors can be a bit difficult. If you know someone that lives in the house you're typically fine though.

3 College Sophomore

Scholarships: The financial aid process is like any other college. It is difficult to bargain for more but it can be done.

3 College Sophomore

Campus Food: There's nothing too special about the dining at Endicott. Sodexo has been improving and after the renovations of the dining hall it has been more enjoyable eating on campus.

4 College Sophomore

Campus Housing: I have lived in three totally different forms on campus and have visited almost every residence hall and all of them are great to live in. The rooms are average, but if you're lucky enough to get a residence hall on the water, you won't care about your room. The renovated homes and mansions and large dorm style buildings provide close knit communities perfect for underclassmen while the apartment style housing allows for older students to have a bit of freedom.

4 College Sophomore

Health & Safety: The campus is pretty well lit at night and campus safety will pick you up whenever/wherever if you need to walk back alone at night.

3 College Sophomore

Off-Campus Dining: People mostly eat Panera or Chipotle off campus.

3 College Sophomore

Administration: The administration is very strict about drug use. If you violate campus rules, you face possible suspension from campus or even expulsion. Smaller violations result in the loss of housing points (necessary for good housing selection time) and community service.
