Parking: This is a small campus so everything is in walking distance. It's fairly simple to find a parking spot.

Parking: The parking permit is very cheap compared to other schools. The walking distance from where you need to go is very short and your permit does not limit you to only one parking lot.

Parking: Parking can be a pain in the butt if you don't come in at a descent time because parks usually fill up quickly on and off campus

Parking: The parking here at Elizabeth city state can be a little more friendly for visitors. They do not offer nothing but 3 spaces for visitors and I think that this is sad. They have a lot more reserve spaces and I do not believe they have enough employees' to fill them. And when you park in a reserve your vehicle is tow away. I just don't like it and I feel that they should so something about that.

Parking: Must have a permit if driving a vehicle. In the area where the school is located, you need reliable transportation.

Elizabeth City State University charges $50 for parking permits. This charge is a one-time payment for the whole academic school year, including the summer. The price of ECSU parking permits is less expensive than many other local universities. Students also have the option of getting a voucher for the parking permit, meaning they would not have to pay for it until refunds are distributed.

Parking at the University, on the other hand, is much more difficult to find than paying for a parking decal. Many students seem to think that professors have more parking than students. There are hardly any parking spaces available during certain times of the week. On Fridays, parking is more accessible because students go home on Thursdays, but overall, parking is a catastrophe at the University. But with the expansion of new buildings, students hope to receive new parking availability.
