My experience at Eastern Michigan University is life changing in my opinion. I learned a lot about myself that I didn't know, and I meet people from all over. One thing I would change about my school is there food options, my freshman 15 was out of control.

Still trying to find my place at Eastern, but already I am enjoying dorm life, challenging classes, and the campus. The Honors College is a wonderful program in which I am grateful to be included, and the privileges allotted to Honors Students (early class sign up, dorms with living rooms and private bathrooms, etc) are well worth the application. Eastern has so many programs that allow you to get involved - right now I'm just so busy with classwork and the general college adjustment that I haven't had the time to get out as much as I'd like to. But even though my classes are just gen eds right now (prereqs for major-specific courses) I am working hard and doing well.

My favorite experience at my school is going to a lot of activities around school campus that allows you to gain Learning beyond the classroom credits that are required for graduation. Diversity around campus is something that I feel make my school unique. if I could choose my school again to do all over I would choose it because the professors are very passionate about there students .
