Off-Campus Housing: You definitely will pay more for convenience and quality, but I think it is worth it with West Village.

College Freshman

Off-Campus Housing: Students are required to live on campus until they have been out of high school for two years (minus special cases). I haven't looked into any off-campus housing.

Off-Campus Housing: Drake West Village monopolizes off-campus housing and tries to get the most students there. It is nice but pricey. Drake does not help students find options after sophomore year

Off-Campus Housing: At Drake, I'm required to live on campus for the first two years, so I have no idea what the off campus housing situation would be. I do know that rental housing is generally available and of average cost in Des Moines.
