Online Courses: Terrible quality and scheduling was a complete nightmare

Academic Flexibility: I tried to transfer and this school has such a bad reputation that I have to retake classes that were not accepted.

2 College Senior

Career Services: The career services personell are clueless. They have new ones in the position constantly which makes it confusing and hard to get honest career aid. They cannot keep people employed here because the school has a horrible reputation.

Overall Experience: This school was one of the worst things I have ever done with my time and money. The job placement for their arts programs is a complete joke and excessively overpriced for an associates degree that will get you nowhere. The teachers are mostly unprofessional and leave the classroom frequently. The career services personell know they can not place you with a full time job but lie to your face and upon graduation act like you need to relocate. Anyone I knew who did relocate for one of these said positions had to obtain secondary jobs to pay their bilks because the only jobs available in this degree were bogus. This school is a scam run by scam artists.

Overall Experience: Good luck finding a job. You most likely will not.

Academic Experience: Meant instructors were not able to properly do their job due to unruly student bodies that the school allows in with their 100% enrollment attitude because they want the money, instead of a quality student body. Many instructors were unprofessional and would leave the room during most classes to do something else.

Overall Experience: I attended a few other institutions and decided to give this school a try because it looked promising. I was very wrong because the school truly is a for profit institution and does not care about the student after graduation. I attended the special effects program and was told that placement was high and easy to obtain. They do not specify that they include jobs at Sephora part time making minimum wage as a qualifying placement position all the while the school is a whopping 50,000 for a pathetic associates degree that seemingly has aided me in getting nowhere except debt. The jobs they claim exist are nowhere to be found honestly and the staff is unprofessional. There are even student teacher relationships that nothing is done about but is widely known by the student body. The housing is deplorable. Basically they put you in a run down slum lord of a rental home seeded in the ghetto town of Monessen, pa which is not suitable for students. Anyone I know working with their degree from this school in their faux art program is working part time or eventually needs a second job to make ends meet.

Overall Experience: As a military veteran using educational benefits I was jumping through hoops to get a program like special effects signed off on and felt like the administration could've done the same when it came to keeping me informed.

I was a homeless military veteran went to the area with a budget. Found housing not great but financially workable got hooked up at food bank did everything necessary to get on track stay focused and be successful.

Looking back in feel I got set up to fail. The financial aid office instead of asking questions alluded to knowing how to file military veteran education benefit paperwork and I didn't find out until midterms in the first semester that she never processed anything which also put my pell grant (making my budgeted housing monies inexcessable and my storage unit going unpaid). I followed up everyday for a week trying to find the problem between veteran affairs and the college only to have my budget my determination my drive and education suckered by an invoice. They cut my lock losing any and all belongings I owned. My physical health as well as mental weren't good and no one cared.

I was sucked in and excited only to be left disheartened and deserted.

Academic Flexibility: They are always great for helping with anything you come to them for. It does not have to be a certain teacher or councilor either. They will all lead you in the right direction. I don't know about transferring because I didn't transfer any credits. I'm sure they would though.

Campus Resources: Labs are wonderful and there is always more than enough computers to use. every building has wireless access. The wireless seems to be real fast as well. you get unlimited black and white prints and so many color prints each semester at no charge. That makes it wonderful.

Campus Resources: There is nothing for athletics that I have seen. the student centers and activities are great. The school tries to have get together for students to eat and socialize which I thought was nice.

Tuition & Financial Aid: You would always like for things to be less expensive but the materials and supplies you get are top notch. I cant say I am upset with the cost but it does make it hard at times. The financial aid process was smooth, They helped me through the process and answered all questions I had to ask. If I was to offer a tip it would be to make sure you apply for the scholarships the school offers. I missed the deadline because of enrolling at the last minute. That is my only regret.

Academic Experience: There isn't another school like this one that I am aware of. There is so much hands on. You learn from the best teachers there are to offer. They give you a fair amount of workload but not to much that I have seen. There are internship opportunities for those that qualify, and there are always job postings for part time work for students that need the extra cash.

4 College Junior

Academic Experience: The variety of academics offered are all similar related. With the exception of the medical field. This makes it nice because a Film major student can work with a student that's majoring in make up effects. It gives a feel of true life working in the field of your profession and others. the registration process is done for you once you chose your desired path or career you want to obtain. Once again the professors are the best in the business. They all have real world experience in what they teach so if you ask about something beyond what is in the book they are excited to teach you.

Career Services: The career services is excellent here. They try to make sure you are prepared when you graduate to get a job. they help with mock interviews, portfolio reviews and so much more. They go above and beyond but it is ultimately up to the student to take advantage of it.

Student Body: There are all types of people in my school, I even have a student from France it my classes. everyone gets along great. We all are on the same path, so there is so much we all have in common with each other. Race, religion, rich, or poor. none of that matters here. not that I have seen anyways.

Overall Experience: I love this school, There is not a lot to do in the town, but it keeps your attention on your work. The staff is always more than willing to help you, No matter what the problem may be. All the class rooms are very nice and clean. The teachers are the best in the field and they truly care about your success. I would recommend this school to anyone that asked me about it.

Career Services: Career Services at this school are a joke. They do not help any students at all. If they do send you job prospects they are usually minimal wage jobs, and jobs that have no merit in the field you studied. Upon graduating, they offered us a job painting faces at a local fair for minimal wage. I didn't pay $40,000 to paint faces. Every student I have talked to who has graduated cannot find work in their field, even if they moved to California. Just about every student is stuck working a minimal wage job and living at home with their parents.

Online Courses: We never really had online courses. We would go online to research certain subjects, but that's about it.

Campus Resources: It is a very small campus in a rundown town. They offer a computer lab to students. The problem is the printers in the computer lab do not work half the time, and are always being worked on.

Student Body: The vast majority of this program was made up of students ages 18 to 21. While, their was a few older students, it was mainly a younger crowd. Filled with outcasts, it felt like a lot of the students had no idea what they wanted to do with their life, and had no idea why they were there. It seemed that the ones who were there to learn where shunned by the teachers, but the tattooed, green haired girl who likes to party, received quite a bit of attention. A lot of students would come to class drunk and the teachers would still pass them. Hell, even if you didn't show up, you would still pass this program. It's funny to see a lot of students walk around school parading arrogance and be stuck up, only to get out in the real world and find out they are not as talented as the teachers made them out to be.
