Interviews & Information Sessions
Interviews and information sessions will be scheduled according to what preferences prospective students indicate on their campus visit day forms. For example, if someone is interested in being a business major, he or she will have the opportunity to talk with a business professor. The scheduled campus visit days are more structured than individual campus visits. With individual visits, prospectives can choose their arrival time, and Dordt will work out a schedule for them around that time.
Campus Tours
There are several campus visit days scheduled for weekends, beginning on Fridays. However, if none of those days work, students can set up individual campus visit days that fit into their particular schedules. All prospective students have to do is fill out a campus visit day form, and Dordt will take care of the rest. If a student arrives on a Friday, he or she should be at Dordt a little before 9 a.m.
Overnight Visits
Meals and lodging are free for students, but parents will have to find lodging for themselves elsewhere. Visiting students eat at the Commons and are hosted overnight by a current Dordt student in his or her dorm room.
