4 College Junior

Student Body: Our student body is great! We have a very diverse school with great acceptance levels.

Tuition & Financial Aid: I have not applied to financial aid simply because I would like to pay for my education on my own without any loans or government help, but the tuition is great and I did receive a scholarship that paid for half of my tuition. The School offers many other scholarships and have a very helpful payment plan available for students like me. When I registered the staff made all of my costs very clear and made sure I understood where every dollar I had to pay for was coming from.

Career Services: Mentors help students find jobs related to the career they are interested in and work to get people whom have jobs related to the students majors to come to the classroom and speak with the students about their career and what it is like to work in that specific area. Mentors also work with companies in the area to help get student internships done.

Campus Resources: DC3 has great student resources. They offer tutoring help all week and the people are very helpful. There are multiple study places and a resource center for students with great hours. They are also working on a new activity center for students which is great since there are many students who live on-campus that will now have a place to hang out and have fun.

Overall Experience: It is a great way to slowly transition into a bigger university. If you were looking for a less stressful environment, I'd recommend coming to a junior college.

5 College Junior

Campus Resources: The staff are very friendly and everyone tries to help you out as much as possible

2 College Junior

Tuition & Financial Aid: They are very unorganized in their way of showing students what and why they have billed them.

3 College Junior

Student Body: It's ok, this school is a big athletic school so most students stick with their sport groups.

4 College Junior

Career Services: I am a freshman so I have not gone through that process yet.

4 College Junior

Academic Flexibility: Since I play a college sport, the college was great with working around my practice times and scheduling classes to accommodate that.

4 College Junior

Online Courses: I have not taken any online courses yet.

5 College Junior

Academic Experience: I was immediately able to begin hands-on experience in the field of my major as well as playing a college sport. I was also able to work study in a program that work up to my major.

4 College Junior

Academic Experience: Since it is a junior college, it offers the bare minimum. But with that minimum, it has programs that are easily transferred credits.

4 College Junior

Academic Flexibility: Havent had much trouble enrolling in classes. No hassles whatsoever

Academic Flexibility: It is easy to choose classes, and if/when you need to drop or transfer a class, it's simple as well.

3 College Senior

Overall Experience: Most of my good experiences during my two years here have been off-campus. This school has definitely disappointed me.

3 College Senior

Campus Resources: Every campus resource we do have, it's very little. They do their jobs though.

2 College Senior

Campus Resources: There's not that many computers and printers available.

2 College Senior

Student Body: There's really little to no diversity here.

2 College Senior

Campus Quality: There's rarely any on-campus activities that students involved and the school spirit is terrible.

1 College Senior

Academic Experience: I feel like the teachers don't even care about us understanding the material.

2 College Senior

Tuition & Financial Aid: Residents of Ford County have always been promised the Ford County scholarship, but now they're slowly doing away with it. There's barely any scholarships available anymore.

Tuition & Financial Aid: I'm pretty lucky to get the scholarships I did from my hometown which made my first semester free!

4 College Junior

Academic Flexibility: The professors are amazing people! The only problem is that I asked on of my teachers for help one day, and we agreed on a time to meet and she didn't show up. She talked to me and apologized she said she had a meeting to go to that she forgot about.

3 College Junior

Student Body: I rated the student body a 3. The reason being is that half of the students are their to learn and want to be which makes going everyday great! On the other hand. There are students that absolutely hate it and are just going because their parents wanted them to.
