3 College Sophomore

Overall Experience: I have had lots of great professors that have been really helpful.

4 College Sophomore

Overall Experience: We are aware of multiple internships that we can apply for.

3 College Sophomore

Health & Safety: Security can be a lot better on campus. They need to do better.

3 College Sophomore

Campus Housing: The only dorms I feel are up to par is Camphor/Hartzell and Straight hall.

3 College Sophomore

Greek Life: It's not something I'm interested in, but I have friends that are greek.

4 College Sophomore

Athletics: We only have volleyball, track, and basketball, so I try to attend as many games as possible.

4 College Sophomore

Overall Experience: Dillard University is extremely welcoming and it is very easy to get involved in clubs there.

4 College Freshman

Overall Experience: Instructors have been very helpful.

4 College Freshman

Greek Life: Both parents are members of Greek organizations. Pursuing membership is something I will look into in the future.

3 College Freshman

Athletics: No football team. Male/Female Basketball. Female Volleyball.

4 College Freshman

Overall Experience: I'm attending an enrichment program and enjoying the (early) experience here on campus.

3 College Sophomore

Overall Experience: The courses i have taken have been pretty interesting. The quality of professors for the most part, is good. Of course its always gonna be that one teacher that nobody likes. The class sizes are really small because its such a small school. The average class size is about 15-20 students.

4 College Sophomore

Overall Experience: The alum network is great. There are always alumni on campus that are willing to help undergrads move forward with their career choices.

3 College Sophomore

Health & Safety: When it comes to security, i say that they are good, but of course could be better.

3 College Sophomore

Campus Housing: Depending on where you live on campus will depend on how you rate it. I lived in Camphor freshman year, and i will be living in Hartzell this year so i have no complaints. But for those who lived or are living in Williams, they will have a different experience because that is the only building that hasnt been remodeled yet.

3 College Sophomore

Greek Life: Again, Dillard is small. So you can not expect much out of it. Our greek life is okay. The parties are cool. The greeks hold quite a few events during the school year. Most non-greeks who dont plan on becoming Greek will generally say Greeks are stuck up or they do not understand what it is like to be greek, so they do not really pay attention to them.

4 College Sophomore

Athletics: The bad thing about the athletics at Dillard are that there are not many of them because of how small the school is. So unlike other big colleges, we do not have a baseball team, soccer team, football team, etc. And like other big HBCU's, we do not have a big dance team, a band, color guards, or any of that. Just a basketball team, a swim team, a dance team, a cheerleading team, and we are trying to start a softball team.

3 College Sophomore

Overall Experience: The only thing about Dillard that I don't like is how small it is. The school has only 1300 students, with a girl to boy ratio of 14:1. Other than that, I love that my school is family oriented, I love how we all come together for events and have a really good time, despite what might be going on.

5 College Senior

Overall Experience: I love my school and teachers, I feel that my school has given me all the tools needed.

5 College Junior

Overall Experience: I love all my professors. They care about their students and don't mind helping if a students needs extra help. They also help with students getting internships and they have a lot of connections. The professors in the college of business are fantastic.

4 College Junior

Overall Experience: Being able to graduate from Dillard will be great. The president of Dillard University is such a fantastic president who has a lot of connections.

3 College Junior

Health & Safety: There have been plenty of times were people have been robbed or had a gun on campus. Dillard Police really lets anyone on campus without checking if they are a student or not. However, they give out a lot of parking tickets when students are very limited to parking spaces.

2 College Junior

Campus Housing: The process to sign up for your room this year was extremely unorganized and unfair. The apartments on campus need to be renovated as well as Williams Dorms. The housing on campus is way too overpriced for the condition they are in. With that being said, a lot of students are moving off of campus and living at another university while still attending Dillard.

5 College Junior

Greek Life: I am not greek, however from seeing the different events being held by sororities and fraternities shows how they set a great example by helping with the community.

3 College Junior

Athletics: All of the athletic coaches are very good coaches. The only coach who is not, is the new volleyball coach. She is very unprofessional, unfair, and bias.
